I use this product to clean the make up and cosmetic residues from my application brushes. I like the silicone mat as it provides a scrub element which makes the soap last longer. The fragrance is a very subtle hint of vanilla - could be a bit more scent in the bar for me personally, apart from that, a useful product.

This brush/sponge cleaning soap is amazing! Not only does it clean my brushes, but it does it fast! Easy to use, the soap sits in the container, wet your brush, add soap, and scrub! The scrubber in the can top works magic! It gets into those fibers way down and inside the brush! It can also be used to clean any makeup sponges or pads you may use, making it extremely versatile! The soap color is pleasant, it has no discernible fragrance that I noticed, and was gentle on my hands. After cleaning all those brushes you see in my last pic, my hands weren’t dried out! There are quite a few items on the market that’ll clean your brushes-I’ve tried a few. This one, I feel, is the best for my money. I will definitely reorder!

This is the easiest makeup brush cleaner I’ve ever used. I’ve tried scrub pads in the sink with liquid soap, I’ve tried dish soap and scrubbing, I’ve tried the battery operated swirl tool that spins your makeup brush in a bowl of water. All of those are time consuming, messy, and ineffective in removing all makeup residue. THIS cleaner with the built in scrub pad inside the lid is the most effective makeup brush cleaner. It’s also compact, and a genius design. All you do is wet the brush, swirl it on the soap, and scrub it on the scrubby pad. Then rinse under the sink flow of water. My brushes were nasty, and caked with a year’s worth of makeup (yes, I know, it was bad). But about 30 seconds of swirling and scrubbing on this soap/pad combo, and BAM! Clean! It barely uses any soap, and left my brushes looking BRAND new. I wish I took a before photo to show you the drastic color difference. The soap is colorless, and leaves a faint mild scent that smells fresh. The value for the price is insanely good, because this is going to last a long time. I might finally be a girlie who cleans her makeup brushes after every use now! This is so simple, and I know my skin is going to thank me later!

This stuff does the job - it's quick & so easy to use. I've already cleaned all my brushes with it. I leave it out overnight to dry and then close it and put it away! You seriously do not need to waste your $ on the expensive, name brand ones.
