Purchased as a replacement for a creaking 9 year old laptop. Good build with a decent spec, required the creation of a Microsoft account to complete the set up. Came with trial versions of Office 365 and McAfee Anti Virus, which had to be removed to install my own software. Quick start up on the SSD drive with a good display, only slight downside is the keyboard, only because it is different to the old laptop, and it's taken a while to get used to. An excellent laptop for the money, used primarily for light business use.

Can not fault this laptop one bit. It has more than enough memory and processing speed required for my online studies with The Open University, but I just wanted to make sure the machine was going to run fast enough because I'm inpatient and this one cuts the mustard. It's doing the job so far. Im more than happy with this purchase. It was easy to set up and installed the relevant software. It's also a good bit more quiet than previous laptops I've owned. The battery life is superb, so far. This looks and feels like a top quality, durable machine.

I've used this laptop for 3 weeks now. No problems at all. It is quick due to the Ryzen 7 cpu, independent GPU for graphics, and the 1Tb M.2 solid state drive, plus the AI features that come with Microsoft Apps and the operating system. The screen is sharp and crisp. The viewing angle range is a bit narrow, but still acceptable. The materials for the laptop are upper mid range quality and the keyboard is solid with big keys. There's no backlight on the keyboard, which is a pity, and why I awarded 4 stars for the laptop. Other than this, the laptop is excellent value for money on top of a super quick delivery and nice discount from Amazon. Note: I've not played games on the machine, but have used it for office work, some graphics apps, and Netflix streaming thus far...

Bought this laptop to replace an ageing HP Win 10 laptop. Waited for the Prime days to get a better price. Impressed by the AMD Ryzen 7 processor speed, and coupled with the 16GB of RAM makes for speedy performance. Comes with Win 11 preloaded. Screen size is 15.6, so the same as the Win 10 laptop. Good colour reproduction, though obviously it's adjustable to your own tastes. Overall quality is very good, and comparing to the Win 10 one, it's a very thin and light laptop and easily transported. The integrated battery offers good life before you have to recharge it. There's no CD ROM, and it only has WiFi capabilities, though there are USB connectors available to convert to a cable internet connection. Really pleased with the laptop.

Nice, fast machine. Well spec'd out with Ryzen 5, 16gb LPDDR5 RAM. The only thing I would say as a negative (although easily remedied, as I did - with a dock / hub) is the slightly lacking connectivity. There are only two x USB-A 3.0 ports, and only one x USB-C ports. Another "missing" feature is a DVD drive. - although these days, they are growing more and more irrelevant. Screen quality is fair, 15.6" with 1080P resolution - and is nice and bright. Other than that - great machine, lightweight enough for comfortable travel - and a good battery life for average daily use. Have been using it for photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and it handles these perfectly. Basically - does what it says on the tin, and with ease - but wait for the price to drop again!
