Extremely sharp, good set for money
I've been using these for ~7 months. The edges are extremely sharp, and they have held up well to fairly consistent use. The boning knife is excellent on beef, slides around and under silver skin on raw tri tip like butter and is also pretty good for breaking down poultry. The carving knife I use less frequently but it'll cut through large steaks and tri tips easily. The knives look cool and have solid design. My one nitpick would be the boning knife feels almost too light, and the carving knife is long and front-heavy, so you have to be extremely careful with how you handle them; I don't think that's worth docking a star for, though. Be sure to wash quickly after use as I have (by my own fault) left them dirty overnight before, and there were small tarnish spots after I subsequently cleaned them.

Great Carving Set!!
A-MAZING knife set! Great quality, easy for my brother to use (hey, I just cook it, he cuts everything up!), cuts well, and looks nice! I would definitely recommend this set!!
