Canon IXUS 190 Compact 20 MP Digital Camera, 1/2.3 Inch, CCD, 5152 x 3864 Pixels - Black

Bought this to replace an ixus 60, which had given up the ghost. This is my third Ixus, and I love the compactness, and good quality photos. Have yet to try out the WiFi aspect on it. There was a newer and cheaper version, but there was no stock availability, and I needed in time for my holiday. As it was not totally new, I purchased new batteries and charger, from Amazon as backup, and they both arrived in time for my holiday.

Looking for a compact camera I did a lot of research before buying this model. It was a good choice. A nice sleek intuitive camera. You wouldn't have to be an expert to get the hang of this camera straight away. Many reviews wrongly said that the instructions were only in foreign languages, which almost put me off. These comments are misguided - you get a thick manual, yes most of which is in foreign languages, but you do get a couple of pages at the start in English covering the basic use of the camera. The rest of its use is easily grasped. My main camera is a digital SLR but I wanted something pocket-handy and this has proved perfect. Great quality photos, a satisfactory price, and very easy to use. Would recommend it wholeheartedly.

I use the camera for basic snapshots. The online manual explains different options for settings. Photos taken so far have turned out well.

As described. Received before the due date. Would order again.

I just recieved the delivery and when I opened I was in shock it’s look like old. Very disappointed I will return it straight away. Don’t buy

Small point and click compact camera. Picture quality is as expected - pretty good, but not a DSLR!

This camera is best option as a point and shoot camera under 10k.Image quality is too good.You can buy it ,if you are keenly interested with a point and shoot camera under 10k.video quality is also good ,not best.And if you take a photo in night with the help of camera flash, image quality is outstanding.

Llegó bastante rápido y en muy buenas condiciones, la camara es muy comoda y compacta, por lo que es perfecto para llevarla de viaje. -fotos: tiene bastantes opción para jugar y hacerlas a tu gusto, la calidad y resolución de las fotos es bastante buena, pero hay qie tener cuidado si hay una fuente de luz muy grande ya que es fácil que las fotos salgan quemadas. -conectividad: al contar con multiples opciones para conectar la camara, es perfecta para compartirlas directamente desde con el movil. En general la cámara esta muy bien, si no eres un usuario exigente, ya que es fácil de usar y los resultados son buenos, además es bastante útil a la hora de hacer fotos de viaje, ya que con las opciones de conectividad puedes subir fotos a las redes sociales de una forma comoda y conseguir buenas fotos, en caso de que tu movil no sea un tope de gama.

لمن اشتريتها توقعت ان التصوير بها سوف يكون احترافي ولكن كانت عكس توقعي.. اعتقد ان التصوير بكاميرا الجوال افضل جودة منها.. الشيء الوحيد الجيد بها هو تصوير الفيديوا..

Acheté pour ses dimensions et son poids réduits, il est magnifique en bleu et me satisfait pleinement ! Ne pas en attendre des performances de pointe en toutes circonstances ; néanmoins, on peut dire que : - l’optique elle-même (zoom) semble très correcte pour le prix - les couleurs, sur ordinateur, sont excellentes, surtout pour les photos par beau temps. - ses limites : les photos de nuit (petit capteur CCD) - je rappelle ici, au vu de quelques commentaires aperçus, qu’il est beaucoup plus simple de transférer ses photos sur ordinateur simplement en insérant sa carte mémoire SD dans le lecteur de carte, que possèdent quasiment tous les ordinateurs du marché, plutôt que de se compliquer la vie et les finances à vouloir utiliser un câble ! - le petit écran de l’appareil n’est pas son point fort, les commandes ne sont pas toutes intuitives pour un novice : de fait, je pense que ce joli bijou, que l’on glisse sans problème dans n’importe quelle poche, s’adresse presque plus à un photographe confirmé désirant pour certaines circonstances un matériel discret et peu cher, et qui saura en tirer parti malgré ses limites.

Canon per questa fotocamera è riuscita a condensare caratteristiche che sono specifiche di apparecchi di fascia superiore. Indipendentemente dal prezzo, che è di sicura concorrenza, i suoi punti di forza potrebbero essere così riassunti: - ottimo menu che permette molte regolazioni personalizzate utilizzando il programma di ripresa P (ISO, +/- apertura diaframma, 3 metodi lettura esposizione tra cui importante lo spot) - qualità dell'immagine sia per definizione che colore anche ad ISO 400/800 - discreta apertura massima dell'obbiettivo - buona lunghezza focale dello zoom ottico. Non esprimo giudizi per la sezione video perché la uso raramente. Questa è una fotocamera che verrà sicuramente apprezzata dagli amanti degli apparecchi tradizionali dove al più veniva garantito l'esposimetro, ma non era sufficiente per fare una bella foto, serviva anche una dose di intuizione nello scegliere i vari parametri e in questa IXUS è possibile intervenire; In alcune recensioni ho letto che i cellulari fanno foto migliori di questa IXUS, forse qualche cellulare da 800€, non certo quelli da 150€, ma nemmeno quelli da 400€. Ad ogni prezzo il suo valore, ho diverse fotocamere, sia digitali che meccaniche e posso dire che questa merita un giudizio pienamente positivo.
