This has provided excellent relief for the harvest areas in my back from a procedure. I like that you are provided 2 packs so you can rotate them. I move the ice packs where I need them and adjust the strap and they stay in place. Note it really doesn't cover your entire lower back area but I move the ice pack around my waist and that works. I even fall asleep with this. It retains coolness for almost 2 hours or so. The material is soft and does not bother me. Highly recommended.

Smaller than picture indicates, be sure to read description. I had difficulty keeping it in place when I tried to move around. I would have liked an elastic band better.

I received it today and was disappointed because it was way too big. I am a size 6, and it wrapped around so many times and the Velcro is insufficient to hold. I chose to return it.

Lifesaver for my back! It stays in place and the packs stay cold. Comfortable to lie down with and also move around with it on. I like having the two ice packs so I can have one cooling in the freezer while I’m wearing the other one so I always have ready to go when I really need them.
