It works, ( I suffer with IBS) and this is the first thing that has kept me more regular without extremes. It tastes nice and is very gentle on the stomach & bowels

Need help with constipation. This product works slowly so no instant rush to the toilet. Does its job though and pleasant to taste. Expensive though, a 100 gram bottle won't last a week
