Great for an evening's laughs with friends or 5 minutes alone.
I've really have tried (and failed) to "get" the whole gaming thing before, but Rabbids are my guilty secret! The Wii remained mostly untouched until I discovered Rabbids TV Party, and I was wondering if this could live up to the fun and nonsense of that. The wondering stopped the moment I loaded it, installed the Rabbid channel, and discovered the real live Rabbid living in my remote! I soon had him bouncing around, spinning off the turntable and giggling as I electrocuted his toes with a dangling wire. The electrocution became even more fun when I discovered you can totally personalise the Rabbid to look startlingly like Gordon Brown. Or you can download rabbids entered in previous week's "dressing up" competitions. Once in the game, the music is great. Loads of original tracks you'll recognise, and the surround sound works really well. As it doesn't say in the song: "Rabbids to the front of me, baddies to the back, here I am stuck in the middle with BWAAAAHHHH!". I like the fact that there's a slightly politically incorrect edge to this game, and it tickled us when the scouts are all running around on one level and the scoutmaster shouts "Slippery Beaver, where are you?!". The tannoy announcements are very witty too. The gameplay is smooth and detailed although some levels are more challenging than others. The whole thing is highly polished with lots of touches. On any stage, level or screen, if you leave the game alone for a bit, you'll come back to find the rabbids doing something naughty. It's not without a couple of glitches - I found myself having "glitched" through a wall a couple times, trapped with no way out, and once a wall vanished, turned white, and I fell into endless white space and had to restart the level. But seeing as I've now finished the game and overall it's so much fun, I'm not going to detract a star for that. You'll definitely want a second player to help you though, but the beauty of this game is that you can spend from 5 minutes alone making music in "Cack-o-phony", or a whole evening screaming in abject hilarity with a friend on the sofa as you race a ticking timebomb cow against the clock! Yes, I'm a grown up. Yes, I really should know better. But there's a Rabbid in my remote and he's in control... Now if you'll excuse me, I have to dress my Rabbid up like Jedward and slap it around with a big foam hand...

This is such a great game!
As someone who played this game as a child, I have to say it holds a special place in my heart. Even now, I still think it could hold its own against Mario Kart any day. The levels are impressively imaginative and enjoyable, and the overall game is just a riot. I'm confident that you won't be disappointed if you give it a try. In fact, if you don't enjoy it, you're probably lacking any sense of humor!

Bwaaaah!
I bought this game for its comedy value and I was not disappointed. Very few games make me laugh out loud when playing but this one does. The levels are fun and quirky and for added humour you can customise your rabbit with graffiti, tattoos and all manner of accessories. Where this game really surprised me was the quality of the gameplay. It's very easy to pick up and has an initial 'training' level to help you get the hang of the controls. Following this you move to a central city, from which you can access individual missions in different areas e.g. supermarket, hospital, airport etc. Each mission requires you to collect a specific large object but there are also lots of smaller ones to pick up on the way around. The more stuff you collect, the higher your pile becomes and the more missions you can access. You can also go back and replay previous missions if you want to improve your score. The game is controlled using the nunchuck and the Wiimote. To attack you have to shake the Wiimote. I found this somewhat counterintuitive being used to the playstation and several times I inadvertantly attacked things just by moving the remote. However having a separate controller for each hand is more comfortable than hunching over a single controller! Initially I thought this game was going to be too easy as I found the first couple of missions quite straightforward. However, things become more challenging as you go along. In addition some of the timed/speed sections are reasonably easy to pass but much harder to pass if you collect all the stuff at the same time, so I found myself going back to the missions to try and improve my score. There is lots of variety within the levels: you may find yourself chasing a truck with a cow in it, riding a jet engine or floating around in a hospital bed. In the nuclear power station it is pitch black and you have to run through radioactive puddles in order to light up the area around you. In short, the game is challenging, fun and never boring! In summary this is a great platformer that is fun for new and/or young gamers whilst still being challenging enough for those with a bit more experience. It's not quite as sophisticated as Jak or Ratchet & Clank on the PS2 (the combat in particular is very basic) but the comedy value more than makes up for it. Great fun alone or as a multiplayer.

Rabbids Go Home (wii game)
I am 12 and i love this game. You can design 3 Rabbids (crazy rabbits) and do really fun levels with them. The Rabbids want to jump onto the moon by putting loads of stuff in a big pile, so you do levels to collect stuff to put on it. When I was looking for a wii game I came across a numerous amount of Rabbids games, it was very hard to choose. I picked this one because I liked the cover. However, when the game arrived I realised it was not two player, you had to play the game with another wii with the same game. I was very disapointed because I was looking forward to playing it with my brother. Overall, the game is really fun and crazy!

Rabbids go glitchy
Loved the game, in stitches most of the time and the dialogue is hilarious but and it's a big but. The game is riddled with glitches, "rings" disappear, Santa has sunk through the floor, passed through walls and characters have refused to "lose" their points (clothes) The worst glitch is that having attained max points 31750, the final missions remained locked, tried again on another profile and gained 31752 points but still the top levels refused to open. Ubi have sort of just shrugged their shoulders saying it is not a known issue. But if you are not fussed to finish it and just want a good laugh, go for it.
