1kg Organically Sourced chia Seeds

Product is fine, what was left of it, but the packaging had split so most of it had escaped through the bag and out of the envelope it was packed in. As they are very small seeds, a lot had escaped, so not too impressed with the delivery. However, product easy to use, spread on and in everything. Too early to say what benefits I am getting from them.Please make sure packaging is airtight!

Have been giving this product a go for health benefits, haven't noted any improved health or energy however have gone through winter so far without low energy and with only a brief cold. It's easy to eat with cereal I scatter some every day together with some walnuts, well, it hasn't done any harm and makes me feel like I care:-) Nice packaging, keeps the product fresh and dry.

I love this product. My overall well being feels much better when I use this. My stools are consistent and formed (sorry but I am being honest about my experience of the product)
