Stretching Strap with Loops, Non Elastic Stretch Band for Physical Therapy

This stretching strap has been a great addition to my workout routine, as I often forget to stretch (and desperately need to do more)! It’s very sturdy and made from non-elastic nylon. I especially like the numbered loops, which help me stretch in a more controlled way and keep my grip even on both sides. The carrying case is super convenient and makes it easy to throw in my gym bag and take with me. Overall, I’m very happy with it and excited to keep using it.

This product was recommended to me by my chiropractor. It is such an amazing and versatile product. The band comes with a booklet that gives you some common stretches you can do with the band. I apparently hadn't been stretching as well as I thought; as soon as I started using this, I was humbled. The color scheme of the product is ok; I wish they had other options available. The band is super sturdy, and the length is perfect because you can adjust your grip and grip a more intense stretch.

Good for exercise.

I love this stretching strap! The material is so heavy duty and I can get a good stretch because there are loops. You can use the loops to modify how intense your stretch is and that allows you to make it tougher overtime as you increase flexibility. Definitely would recommend these stretching straps!

Great tool to get the most from my physical therapy exercises done at home! Well constructed, easy to use. Highly recommend!

I bought this stretching strap for my shoulder therapy. I have a 50% tear in my labrum and supraspinatus +. Any how, K chose PRP and hyaluronic gel to be injected vs total shoulder replacement. With PT and pilates strength training +, this stretching strap is helping my rotation and getting me closer back to normal. I purchased all my PT equipment so I can keep the same exercises at home going. I went from not being able to raise my arm, nor rotating it to be having 70% improvement. Love this stretching strap. It shows me how far I can stretch. It give me a next goal to work towards. This is very durable, fabricated from the same/similar material like a dog leash. The gripping bands are evenly placed. The insert gives you stretching ideas. I follow my PT’s instructions. Great value for cost. I bought the neon green. I’m z sucker for color…easy to see.

Had a arm and shoulder blade muscle pull for a month. Icing wasn't enough and my brief movements were not helping. Once I bought this I am immediately feeling 60% better. Went online to find more stretches. I'm using it 3xs a day. So relieved and happy. Will use daily before work, after and before bed and I ice after too

This is such a lightweight yet heavy duty and well constructed strap to help me stretch out my hamstrings. It's both a gentle yet effective way to start into my stretching routine with minimal equipment. The straps are so portable and I can use them anywhere. The loops make it easy for me to track my performance and the handy carry bag makes it easy to pack them for travel.

Great quality, has six loops for finding the right length for stretching. I used it on my hamstring. Feeling better already.

I like that it has numbers.

Very handy and easy to use, takes up no room, works well! Love it!

Strap is ok. There was no bag or exercise guide included as stated in the description, disappointing!
