Kolcraft Cloud Plus Lightweight Double Stroller with Extra Storage, Red/Black

As a mom of two I did my share of double stroller browsing. I wanted something lightweight, easy fold, and of course comfortable for my kiddos (ages 2.5 and 6 months).Lightweight: this stroller is pretty light I have a Baby Jogger City Mini GT single stroller and I would say this is on par if not it feels lighter than that.Handling: I am 5’1” and have successfully wheeled it around with both kids in with one hand. I did not feel any weight difference on either side of the stroller when both kids were in it (even though there is a 15lb difference between the two). The turning radius on this stroller is surprisingly really good for a double stroller. The depth of the stroller isn’t awkward either, I’d say it is again on par with my single stroller. I feel like both kids are close to me and I can navigate the stroller without wondering where the front of the stroller is in regards to the people around me. Pushing this stroller does not feel like you’re pushing a boat around like some double strollers do. It has fit through every doorway I’ve been through so far with ease. I was really reluctant about the wheels. I had my heart set on non-plastic wheels for durability reasons, but so far they have held up nicely. We took the stroller to our local theme park for two days and the wheels are holding up really well, I even took it on some grassy sections and it moved good (not as good as all terrain tires would have but this is where the budget friendly comes in). I do not plan on taking this stroller on any off-roading adventures so the wheels really aren’t that big of an issue for me. We mainly stick to theme parks, neighborhood walks, shopping, and the boardwalk. I definitely would not jog with this stroller.Fold and Unfold: once you learn how to fold it, it’s easy. There are two red knobs you have to pull up and push the stroller down. The front wheels have to be straight in order to get the lock in place. Unfolding is super easy, you undo the lock and just step on the cloud peddle looking piece of plastic in the middle of the back break bar until it clicks into place. I have done this one handed. One really cool feature is it folds with the trays in place. I have a 2013 Nissan Rouge and it does take up space in my trunk but just a little more than my single did.Comfortable: the one thing I wish this stroller had was a better recline when it comes to the seats. They lay back about 100-110 degrees, my kids were able to get a nap in, but the full recline was just enough for them to get a nap in without their heads flopping all over. When they weren’t napping though, there were not any complaints. I really like how they both have their own tray with a cup holder each and the addition of a parent console with two cup holders is also an added bonus. The canopies on this stroller were one of the main reasons we ultimately purchased this one (with the summer coming up and a Florida vacation in the works sun protection is key). Although it does feel thin compared to my single stroller’s canopy, the full canopy did it’s job at keeping the sun off the kids, protecting them from the rain, and cutting back the wind. I was surprised with how small other budget friendly double stroller’s canopies are if they even have one. The side by side seating is super nice because my kids can interact with each other, and since both the seats on this stroller are independent of one another each child had their own defined boundary. Also each seat has its own little mess pocket on the side for little treasures to be put in (it isn’t that big but an extra cup or a small stuffed animal or toy could fit perfectly there).Other things to note: the storage baskets at the bottom are easy to access and can hold a lot of stuff (we had three small sized stuffed animals and a pillow won at the park booths, and a baby carrier in one side basket and our extra clothing layers in the other side basket.) Although the handle is not adjustable, my husband is 6’3” and was able to push it fine too, he did not have to hunch. Another thing to note the child trays can come completely off when needed by pressing a button. Assembly was super easy, very straightforward, I was able to do it by myself with a toddler and infant hanging around me.To sum up: this stroller is a great budget friendly, lightweight, convenient double stroller. The only things I wish it had were more durable tires (which again these hard plastic ones are still holding up nicely for now I will update this review if or when the time comes), thicker canopies (which again they did their job this past park visit), and lastly a little better of a recline. All in all, this stroller is great and has been fitting my family’s needs well. If you’re looking for a good reliable double stroller that doesn’t break the bank this one is for you. As a final note, if I’m being honest, you can buy 3.5 of this double stroller for the price of the leading double side by side stroller out there and you get all the main accessories (trays and cup holders) included. We will be taking this stroller on a variety of adventures so I will update this review as is needed to keep it honest.Update:Two months into the warmer weather and multiple walks, this stroller is still holding up. The wheels are starting to take a beating but still have plenty more adventure miles left on them. My definition of beating might vary with others so what I mean is they have a couple dents in them and some rocks have become imbedded in them, but they don’t make noise and they still move just as when they were brand new, it’s really just cosmetic they don’t make noise either. The one thing I noticed is this company does sell the wheels separately so when they do need to be changed out I can just buy new tires rather than a whole new stroller.Update: after months of using my only complaint is the wheels are starting to get squeaky and worn but it’s the sign of lots of use so I will probably be looking into replacement wheels for next spring/summer.

I write few reviews, but this one deserves a minute of my time! I’ve got two girls, my oldest is almost 4 and she’s TALL! My youngest is almost 2. I have owned too many strollers to admit as I’m sure a lot of you can relate to! So let me get right to it...is this the top of the line $600 city mini GT...nope! The wheels are plastic...it’s cheap-ish feeling...BUT I’ve pretty much gone off roading at fairs through gravel walkways. I literally watched the wheels like “crap they’re totally going to fall off”! Well, they didn’t! Do I think it will hold up for many of years of abuse...no. BUT, again, I could buy this stroller basically 6 times and barely hit the cost of a city mini! Plus, the snack trays are INCLUDED!!! This was like half of what sold me, those things are like GOLD to keep everyone entertained!My kids pretty much max out the weight limit already and the thing maneuvers like butter still! It fits through doorways like a dream and amazes me every time! Storage on this thing couldn’t be better! The two baskets underneath I thought, why not just have one...well the two is actually great! I can fit my huge backpack diaper bag in one and the other for anything else (today it was a cooler for food at the Zoo)! The parent tray has TWO cup holders and a generous tray between them for phones, sunglasses, etc. Yes, you can fit TWO adult beverages for when you hit that breaking point with your kids...they’ve got you covered!Other things you should know...I was concerned reading some reviews on the difficulty of folding/unfolding. I do not agree, I think it’s one of the easiest strollers to fold! The locking mechanism is again, cheap plastic, but it’s sooooo easy to lock and unlock which isn’t the case with so many! Handle height was another huge concern! I’m 5’ 9” and my fiancé is 6’ 5”!!!! Honestly, it’s perfectly FINE! Yes, the city mini GT is cool because the handle can be set to a much higher height, but again...$600 is just NOT worth it!So again, I cannot say enough good things about this stroller! If you can save yourself the financial drag of buying a million strollers...do it! This is all you need if you have more than one kiddo! You won’t feel bad if you ever DID have to replace it. The snack trays, storage and Parent tray are the best features! My girls are stroller snobs and they love this! Best purchase of baby gear I’ve maybe ever made!

I got this stroller after lugging around a Graco click and ride for my twins. That one was great for clipping the car seats into, but after they outgrew it I found it too burdensome for outings. I was longing for a lighter double stroller that I could get in and out of my Kia Sorento. Below are the pros and cons of this stroller, and just so you know I have 22 month old twins.Pros:Very lightweight. Compared to my previous stroller this is a breeze to load in and out of my car. Even with the 50+ lbs of two kiddos it’s still easier to push than my old stroller.They are able to sit side by side and both face outward. My other double stroller was long and one kid would face forward and one toward me, stacked. I didn’t like that. This allows them to look at each their, see where we are going, and my personal favorite, let’s them both look at me if we stop to sit somewhere.I really like the bigger part of the trays for snacks for them.Folds up really small and flat. Again, I had a mammoth stroller so it is so nice to have something that not only fits in my car, but I can actually put stuff next to the stroller.The canopies create great coverage and they each move independently so my kids can put their own up or down.There is some storage (see cons).It’s got one long push handle bar which is really nice.The tray for the pusher is great. Fits my phone, wallet and has two cup holders.Cons:Storage is limited. No way can you fit a diaper bag under there, or anything tall or wide. Makes grocery shopping a bit of a hassle at times, but just having twins can do that. I have big hooks that I put on the handle bar and hang my shopping bags off of them. Otherwise I try to go shopping by myself! Bottom line is lack of storage is annoying, but not a deal breaker.Wheels are cheap plastic. The wheels just aren’t that great, but I somehow got a rock wedged into one of them and it still rolls well.It does not have great maneuverability. You basically can’t push it with one hand. Sometimes I just take one of my kids out in our single stroller and I feel like it can spin on a dime. This stroller is a bit more clunky.The straps are somewhat hard to adjust. I like that they have five point harnesses, but kids basically have to be out of the stroller to adjust.CUP HOLDERS. Worst part of this stroller. They are so freaking small on the kids tray and NONE of our cups will fit in them. So we end up squishing them in the seat on their side or precariously balancing them on the snack tray while tied to a strap so they don’t fall on the floor. It works but I really wish they had thought that part through more.Locks are ok, not bad or good. Just ok.I have this stroller five stars because it’s so much better and easier to handle than my old one. I personally am very happy with it and glad I purchased it!

So we have had this for about 7 months now and so far so good. It is light so maneuvering it is pretty easy. Fits through most single doors and store isles. We live in Florida so it sees the major theme parks monthly and fits in most stores and some ques just fine.The color has not faded and it is holding up well to my kids. Storage below is ok and fits most of our stuff we need. Seems to be popular as we see others with the same one.Opening it is easy, unlock it, grab push bar, and give it a lift and flick, and it opens easy.Due to the wide size if this it might not fit into some car trunks or SUV rear storage's. It is a chore to carry it when folded, as the one folding lock comes loose when carrying it sometimes. Need to add another fold lock on other side. When folding, the front wheels can stop it from folding completely due to the orientation of them. You have to make sure the front wheels are turned sideways when folding to make it lock properly.

I really like this stroller and am happy with it. We primarily purchased it for Disneyland day trips. I will start off with my criticisms; while the stroller pops open super easily, folding it down can get tricky. The system is easy, you push up on the red little handle and push stroller down to fold; however, something that happens a lot is the front wheels (that don’t lock) will move and cause the stroller not fold enough to hook the red latch. This isn’t crazy but if you have a line full of people behind you waiting for you to do this it can be s moment of stress. If you’re alone and holding a baby this is also a stressful task. But it’s manageable once you understand that it Can do this. That is really my main complaint. A couple more minor criticisms is that I wish there were pockets behind the kids seats for easy access and extra storage. I wish the kids trays fit larger cups, my kids tumbler sippy cups and their refillable water bottles don’t fit in there. And finally, I do wish the seats had the ability to fold further back then they do for long days at parks when kiddos end up napping.Ok now for the good stuff. I love the canopies. Not only do they protect the kids from the sun and heat but when my 3 year old gets grumpy he can pull it down for some privacy. The parent’s tray is great and has 2 cup holders. Souther California can be so hot, it’s nice to open up the canopies from the back to get some air circulating for the kiddos. While the folding of the stroller isn’t perfect, I do love that the trays do not need to be removed to fold. It’s super light! I was able to baby wear, carry a back pack and a tote bag and carry the folded stroller with one hand onto the Disneyland tram. If you’ve been there with kids, you know this part is stressful, especially if you’re going without your partner. The stroller might be light, but it is powerful! We loaded it up full stuff and it held up really well. It fits through all doorways I’ve used and it is so easy maneuver. Assembly was easy enough. Overall, it’s a really good value stroller for the price! Would recommend which is is why overall I give it 5 stars. Most of my criticisms have solutions.

We have owned this stroller for about a year now, and I just had to leave a review. We have two littles that are 19 months apart, and this stroller has been a life saver!! I researched for so many months, and even returned 2 strollers before settling on this one. Here are my pros and why I love this so much...1. It is light and folds easily.2. Easy to get kids in and out.3. It fits through nearly every single door. This is a big one!!!! Even in Mexico, in the world’s tightest hotel room, we could get through the door.My cons after a year of ownership...1. The seats do not lay all the way back.2. The straps are a little difficult to adjust.3. Definitely not for off-roading. We don’t do much of it, but gravel is a bit tricky.Overall, this has been the perfect item to keep in my trunk and use frequently. If you’re looking for something lightweight, easy to use, and compact enough to fit through doorways, this is for you!! It has held up perfectly with weekly use for a year now and I plan to hold on to it as a hand me down for future nieces and nephews!

The picture is after 3 years of use! Mostly at theme parks! Multiple trips. Easy to fold up to get onto a tram, even as a single mom with two under 4 years. It’s done me very well. If I needed another double stroller I’d probably just purchase this one again!Did change out one tire once. But still going strong.

Below is my initial thoughts. After a few months I feel it’s best to do a new review. Stroller itself is still a good stroller but the WHEELS..man the wheels have a kind of their own. Daily I’m getting frustrated because it’s so hard to go straight after you stop or turn. Turning on any smooth surface and the stroller drifts. You have to put a lot of arm strength into it. It’s constantly jerking the twins the way the wheels just won’t drive properly. I really want to love the stroller but it causes daily stress..literally.Had a super easy assembly. Love the size and it’s is sturdy. Performance of the stroller glides very smoothly. Fits in the trunk of Chevy Malibu easily. Opening and closing is easy, it’s just putting the breaks on you have to apply a good amount of pressure on the red part of the breaks. I thought if I pushed the middle it would put the breaks and that is not correct. The breaks are individual but I still absolutely love everything about it! Adjustment on the back for them to relax is independent and that I like. It doesn’t go far back but enough for them to relax.
