This is such good stuff, I am not even sure how many things this supplement fixed-- I have come to the conclusion that I clearly must have had some sort of magnesium deficiency .. before starting this I was not sleeping, I would wake up in pain, muscle tension all over, and had these issues since I was 17. I tried it anyways not thinking there would be much of a difference however, they were not as effective, not even close. They work very well, immediately. The only drawback is that they are huge. It's very difficult to swallow them, and I don't have any issues swallowing other pills. If you struggle to swallow pills then these 1200mg pills are not for you.
