Surprisingly Effective — Like 6 Minutes of Brushing in 2
I’ve used a traditional single-head electric toothbrush for years and have always tried to follow the 2-minute rule, but honestly, even two minutes can feel long some days. I discovered this triple-head ultrasonic toothbrush and decided to give it a try, mainly because I liked the idea of brushing longer without actually spending more time. The biggest advantage is that the triple head cleans the front, back, and chewing surfaces at the same time. When you spend about 30 seconds on each quadrant, you’re effectively giving each surface far more attention than with a single head. In practical terms, it feels like you’re getting close to six minutes of brushing in just two minutes. I do still have my wisdom teeth, and that’s one limitation worth noting. Getting behind the very last molars is difficult with this brush, and rather than gagging, I still use my regular single-head electric toothbrush just for those back teeth. That combo works well for me. The included tongue scraper was a nice bonus. I had already realized I couldn’t brush my tongue effectively with this brush and was planning to buy a scraper anyway, so having one included was a welcome addition. The first couple of days, my gums bled slightly. I believe this is due to the angled outer bristles that point upward toward the gumline. I do have some gum recession, so I’m keeping an eye on that and plan to ask my dentist about it at my next visit. That said, I go for cleanings twice a year and consistently get told my gums are healthy with minimal bleeding during cleanings. One unexpected benefit: flossing. I’m admittedly not great about flossing daily—sometimes it’s more like once a week—and I usually pull out a lot of debris from between my molars. After about a week of using this brush, I flossed and there was almost nothing between my teeth. My teeth are very tightly spaced, so that was surprising. Finally, my teeth have noticeably whitened over the past week of use. I wasn’t expecting that, but the difference is real. Overall, this brush has made my oral care feel more thorough without requiring more time. It’s not a perfect replacement for a single-head brush (especially if you still have wisdom teeth), but used together, it’s been a very effective upgrade to my routine.

The best! Dentists use it and don’t want you to.
Best toothbrush I’ve ever had. Used to use the plug in one. This one is 1/3rd the cost and does the same job/easy for travel. 6 years of this toothbrush and my dentist hates me because my teeth are immaculate. Best $30 you with ever spend. This and a waterpic will change your mouth for the good. Only con is the battery plastic cover is a bit tricky.

easy to use
As a practicing hygienist I was naturally drawn to the Triple Bristle toothbrush because it cleans the gumline automatically. It’s not that other brushes can’t do a good job too - I just found that people who use this three sided brush consistently come to their recall appointment with huge improvements in their gum health. I originally tried the main unit with rechargeable batteries but this one is more affordable for people who are on a tight budget and it does a great job as well. The only downside is that since batteries are not rechargeable you will have to replace batteries when you feel the vibration strength going down. It’s definitely a completely different way to brush. So to all of those people trying it for the first time I recommend that you approach it with an open mind: - Be prepared for some tickling and sensitivity for the first several days. You may also feel the occasional “zing” if the plastic touches your tooth. This goes away as you learn to use it. - Because it cleans more thoroughly and goes right into the gum line, it’s not uncommon to experience some bleeding and sensitivity. This is temporary and usually goes away after several days. Bleeding is a sign of inflammation so as you continue to use the brush you will note that the bleeding stops and your gum health will improve dramatically. - Unlike the original rechargeable unit, this unit comes with batteries that have to be inserted into the handle. This part can be a bit tricky. It closes very tightly so that water doesn’t enter the handle and it can be tough to open. When I called customer service they recommended using a coin (like a quarter) to open and close the bottom. I’ve had quite a few patients ask me about this so I am attaching a quick video about how to assemble this brush start to finish. - You don’t need to move the handle around very much. Just press it down on top of your teeth until it reaches the gums and allow the sonic vibration to do its job. A gentle up and down motion to brush the gums is as much as you should do. This toothbrush will help you brush better and faster. It covers all three sides of your teeth and brushes the gumline perfectly. Since the gum line is often where gum disease starts it can make a really big difference in your oral health. I highly recommend trying this brush if you struggle with dental disease - at this price point it’s really well worth it. Inna C. RDH

Just one fault
If this is the toothbrush I bought awhile ago, it was easy to use and did clean my teeth well. However, there was no off/on switch, at least I couldn’t find one. I had to open the battery compartment and remove the batteries to get the toothbrush to shut it off. Maybe this was a test model?

We used the triple bristle as tooth brush. Normal use. And after 5 month I can trow it away.
