Do not buy on Amazon you will get no customer support
I bought the program in October 2024 for a 1 year subscription. By December the program downgraded from the paid to the free version. I could not re activate. The support staff will not assist if you you purchased from Amazon. I am not sure support is what I would call it they do not seem to have a clue what they are talking about and are just there to frustrate you till you give up. So now my choice is to either buy the program again or switch to another program.
