Great semi-modular PSU for modern builds
I’ve been using the Thermaltake Smart BM3 750W for my latest build and it’s working perfectly. It’s Bronze rated but feels very high quality. Being semi-modular is a huge plus because it makes cable management much easier, and the flat black cables look very clean inside the case. It’s quiet and provides plenty of power for a mid-to-high range GPU.

Good mid priced power supply
This power supply is working great in my new PC. I had trouble initially getting my hard drives to work. It turns out some hard drives have the Power Disable (PWDIS) feature. This feature allows the host system to perform a hard reset on the drive by manipulating the third pin (P3) of the SATA connector. This power supply doesn't seem to have that PWDIS feature, but you can get around it by using a Molex to SATA power adapter OR adding some kapton tape over the third pin on the drive. I used the tape on my drives and now everything is working great!

Works great
I have zero complaints it runs nice and cool even though I run a rather high-end system with a 9800 x3d and a RTX 5070 video card on a high-end MSI motherboard with 32 GB of RAM and 2 m. 2 drives and one SSD.

All the powers!
These power supplies are a great deal if you need power. We have had ours for a few weeks now and they seem to be very solid for the price. If we have any issues, we will update the reviews. So far no complaints though!

Solucionó por completo los problemas de mi PC
Mi computadora venía presentando fallas constantes: apagados inesperados, reinicios y comportamientos extraños. Al principio pensé que era el procesador o la tarjeta gráfica, pero después de investigar entendí que el problema era la fuente de poder. Decidí cambiarla por esta Thermaltake Smart BM3 de 750W y desde el primer día todo quedó solucionado. La PC ahora funciona estable, sin ruidos raros ni fallos, incluso bajo carga. Es silenciosa, se siente de buena calidad y transmite mucha confianza. Nunca imaginé lo importante que es una buena fuente de poder para el correcto funcionamiento del equipo, y ahora estoy convencido de que es una de las piezas más importantes de cualquier PC. Muy satisfecho con la compra, la recomiendo totalmente si están teniendo problemas de estabilidad o si quieren proteger bien sus componentes.
