Aquaflex Pelvic Floor Exercise System by Neen

I took the advice of another reviewer and bought the Aquaflex Pelvic Floor Exercise System along with the book "The Bathroom Key". I am glad I did. At first, I did not have the muscle strength to use the Aquaflex system. I started with the exercises described in the book. These helped over a period of 3 weeks to get to where I could start using the Aquaflex system. I am still working on keeping the empty one in while standing for more than 10 minutes. It will be a long journey back as I waited too long to fix this problem. I am already noticing a marked improvement in my control during the day, even when laughing, coughing, etc. and I don't need to go to the bathroom more than every 3 hours or so to keep this control. I am looking forward to getting even better. I'll write in a month or two to report on how it is going for me.

This is my first time ever trying something like this. I do like it and it works. Im just starting and can hold all the weights it gave. Im going to keep using it for sexual enhancement for my man, although it is 100% for us. I just want to be super tight.When you get it you will like it cause it's cool. It's very small and when you put it in your pelvic muscle's will or should just start working against the weight.Im going to use it everyday.

I just started using this product, but upon initial review I will say this is an excellent product. I have already recommended it to my friends. The directions for use are very clear, cleaning instructions are easy to follow, and tips in instruction were very helpful. When I opened and inspected the product, it was obviously great quality, and while the cones my look intimidating, they are easier to use than you would think they are by looking at them. The first use was a nice experiment to see exactly where I stood in terms of using the product. It is a great product, I am pleased, and yes, when used properly, they do work!

I'm disappointed in this product. I got it in preparation for having my second child, and I honestly don't understand who it's supposed to be beneficial for. Even on the most difficult setting (all the weights together at one time, in the smallest cone) I was literally able to wear it all day, jog, and do jumping jacks without it being even remotely challenging. If even the most difficult possible setting doesn't present the slightest challenge, I don't know who it could possibly appeal to. I guess it might be helpful for women with very severely damaged PC muscles, but I have a hard time imagining how much damage it takes for even the most difficult settings to be useful. This might be helpful if you're Michelle Duggar or something, but if you have even normal Kegel strength, it's not going to work at all.

At first I thought I wasted my money since shipment transit time took FOREVER and product didnt see up to my expectations but what I realized putting the bigger cone with a few weights in was where I personally found effective. As for the shipments duration I inquired for the status to the shipper and they instantly responded, Which was appreciated but it still took over a month and a half to receive my order. Neen has some good products I'm currently looking into.

I have to have a hysterectomy at a young age. I was told that it really takes a toll on your pelvic muscles and you find yourself.... leaking, for the lack of a better word. I bought this so that I could start strengthening my pelvic muscles before the surgery. I love the fact that it has 2 stages in size and a multitude of stages fir the weights. To get used to the feeling of having it in, you can leave the pods weightless. The weights are 5, 10, and 20 (x2) grams. You can easily work through 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 grams to strengthen your muscles. The pods have plenty of room to fit the arrangement of weights in it. Once you get used to the feeling and placement, it is a very easy 5 to 15 minute exercise. But, the main reason I chose this container above all the others is that it has more to give you. It is a smaller case, it comes in its own case, it can upgrade with you and it has more weight selection than other pelvic floor exercise systems sold on Amazon.

I have had childbirth only once but I was not the same afterwords. I had bladder control problems when sneezing and such. Sex also of course was not the same. After the aquaflex there is definitely a difference. I have much fewer visits to the restroom and sexually I am different (for me anyway). I do although have the aquaflex in for hours at a time which is not the recommended time with no ill effects from doing so quite to opposite I think. I also purchased by mistake two units at once. I good mistake. One can put more weights from the second in the one kit. Maybe extra weights are sold not sure. So am using more weights and more time. which might not be really needed but for me these have been beneficial. So go for it; if bladder control is an issue. and also otherwise this is a smart purchase in my opinion. Hope this helps. Thanks

I'm sure it's a great product, however, my problem was that my pelvic floor was too tight (in a constant state of spasm) so it just made the problem way worse. Before you use it make sure you know if you're problem is a too weak pelvic floor or too tight. People always assume leaking, incontinence or whatever is caused from too weak and that is the case only half of the time.
