Why are there two usb’s at the end of the cord? are you supposed to plug both into the computer for it to work?

There are 2 ends because the keyboard has a USB port in one of the sides of the keyboard structure. They extra end powers that port

Can you change each key’s RGB individually?

The keyboard has a led per key. The software that comes with it (armoury crate) allows you to set that up and has a lot of customization for the default aura modes. But there is another app (also from asus) that allows you to create your own color scheme, there you can change the color of each key and design your own color scheme

Is it compatible with Mac OS?

It is only compatible with Windows as far as drivers and software is concerned. I do not believe there is software support when using Mac OS. I am sure it will still work if you plug it in or use it as a Bluetooth keyboard, but you will lose a lot of its main functions. The support page only shows support for Windows 10/11.

Is this really nine inches wide like it states?
