Not the best but it does work
Used it on Linux and it is not for the faint hearted. Linux identifies it as ID 15f4:0131 HanfTek and it is Astrometa DVB-T2 (2018 revision) using Realtek RTL2832P, Rafael Micro R828D and Sony CXD2837ER for the DVB-T2. Although the cxd2841er module is supported since kernel 4.14, in order to get it to work you need to patch the Realtek rtl28xxu module, so patching and compiling kernel knowledge is a must. Apparently it is all sorted in kernel 5.0. You can play both DVB-T and DVB-T2 on a modern version of kaffeine. I did not tested DVB-C. I had to open the case to see the chips it uses and the build quality was not the best. RTL2832P was all scratched but it was the real thing. I got it connected to a high quality antenna and still gets lots of signal failures, but DTT is resilient and on kaffeine plays without any issues. I use it to get all streams of a multiplexer for analyses in my work (I do not use it regularly to watch TV) and it does the job. With 2 bad reviews saying it does not work I though better share my experience as it might be of some use to others.
