high quality, durable and great keyboard
I've been using this case for over four months now and have no problems. The case and keyboard element are very high quality and extremely durable. The magnet feature of the keyboard is very strong and does not fall off in the middle of use. The Bluetooth connection works great and has no interruptions in connectivity during use. The case is a little heavy, but that is expected for this style, and it's still comfortable overall. I love how you can use the stand vertically and horizontally. Overall best option in its price point

Best case & keyboard combo I've ever used!
I love this case! I brought it for my iPad at work so we could use it as a backup device when our internet or power goes down. The case is of very high quality. I love how you can put the tablet in portrait and still use the keyboard. I've only had to charge it once, and it has held battery power for a while. I wish I could get this same case keyboard combo for my personal Samsung tablet

Want an unbiased review from someone who doesnโt work for the company? Youโve found it!
This is gonna be a lengthy review. Iโm writing this review, as an unbiased reviewer who just bought this as I thought it looked good (and was on the cheaper side), to get my thoughts out onto the page and hopefully help you, the customer, make a decision on this product. To preface, I am a PC / Laptop user through and through, but as I made my way to college for Music Education, an iPad became more practical for me to carry around. I will be, in this review, at times, comparing it to a laptop experience. Build Quality / Materials: - The โshellโ, and keyboard is made from ABS Plastic, and has an almost leather-like quality. It feels amazing in the hands, rigid, and is incredibly resistant to everyday wear and tear. - The product itself is split into two parts, the case and the keyboard. The keyboard is incredibly light, but not too light that it feels cheap. Itโs a great balance, and doesnโt add too much weight to the device. The case, which includes an adjustable stand, has been amazing for getting the perfect angle, as it allows you to rotate the iPad as you see fit. It hasnโt failed me yet, and I donโt see that happening. - The โcaseโ portion of it has relatively nice protection for if you dropped it, and even comes with camera inserts to further protect it! Thereโs also a cutout for the Apple Pencil at the top, which is nice, and obviously, cutouts for all the ports. - When you close the โlidโ over the screen, the device does turn off, which is awesome! Just be aware that the keyboard doesnโt automatically turn off. Obviously, but something to remember, as the device will lose power. - The magnet strength leaves much to be desired. While itโs nothing horrible, it doesnโt wow me. Lifting the iPad alone will lead to the keyboard falling off, and while this is fine, I wish it was just a bit stronger. To add on to this, when you close the keyboard over the screen, it does turn off. There is some level of magnets that turn it off, but it does not stay at all if turned upside down. Having magnets that keep the keyboard closed over the screen in any way would be amazing. Device Functionality: - The Bluetooth connectivity works.. Most of the time. The trackpad is advertised as nearly zero latency, which just isnโt true. Itโs.. Fine? It works for everyday use, but highlighting things can be difficult at times, as sometimes the trackpad registers that you let go, and stops highlighting. To summarize, the trackpad can be a bit laggy, but, hey, itโs Bluetooth. If you want something with zero latency, youโre gonna have to shell out more money to get the Logitech or Apple keyboards. - The typing experience is nearly flawless, with the exception of some minor glitches, but nothing major or out of the ordinary. - The only major glitch Iโve noticed is just the device itself sometimes just.. Stops working? But all you need to do is turn it off and on, and without fail it always fixes itself. - The keys themselves, for the most part, have been fine. Low travel distance, good size, small buttons, sure, itโs not a full massive keyboard. Compared to a laptop, itโs small. This took some adjustment, but after I got used to it, it was perfect. The only โproblemโ Iโve noticed is the spacebar has a bit of a springy noise. Not sure if this is something I can fix myself, or just something I have to deal with, but itโs nothing major, just not favorable for typing in a classroom / lecture setting. Aside from that, the keys are about as quiet as any similar type of keyboard. - Battery life so far has given zero issues. Rarely have to charge, and I've never once worried about it dying. Color / Lightning: - The backlight has 3 different brightness settings, and 7 color options. Theyโre all great, and practical! I settled on purple, as itโs my favorite color. - I went with the โDark Grayโ color, and I love how it looks, as the keys and trackpad are a lighter gray than the rest of the body, which gives it a sleek look. Shortcuts / Gestures: - The device has 13 โfunctionโ keys, ranging from volume up / down, brightness, screenshot, etc. These vary in how helpful they are, but itโs nice that theyโre all there! - It also has shortcuts to change the brightness, color, and check the battery. The battery โlevelโ indicator leaves much to be desired. It ranges from 1 blink of the red light to 4 to show how โchargedโ it is. Different color indicators would be more preferable as it would be easier to tell, but again, itโs fine. Overall, Iโm giving it 5 stars. I will be using this product for as long as it holds up, and donโt see myself replacing it for the foreseeable future. For $50 dollars, youโre getting quite the bang for your buck. Itโs a really high quality product at an affordable price, and can 100% recommend it. Thanks for taking the time to read my review! Hope it was helpful!

Excellent Keyboard Case for iPad Pro!
Iโm super impressed with this keyboard case! The build quality is excellent, and it fits my iPad Pro 11 inch perfectly. The keys are responsive and comfortable to type on, making it great for work and school. The case itself feels sturdy and offers solid protection while keeping a sleek look. Battery life is impressive, and the Bluetooth connection is quick and stable. Definitely a great alternative to more expensive options. Highly recommend!

Great keyboard for the price, but quality isnโt great
I am currently using this keyboard to type out this review. Right off the bat, I was surprised at the build quality of the folio. It is both good and badโฆ The plastic mold has a nice feel to it. It wraps around the main case for the iPad and for the keyboard. It reminds me of a Surface Laptop keyboard, but without the alcantara material. Another similarity to the Surface products is the stand thatโs attached to the main case. It has a satisfying click when the magnet locks into the closed position. And being able to open it to different angles of viewing is nice to have. Even having it upright is possible because of the triangular cut out on the cover (similar to the image on the cover). The caseโฆ fitsโฆ There feels to be about a millimeter of gap between my iPad (4th Gen Air) and the case. It doesnโt feel like itโs going to fall out of it, but it does wiggle around when moving. The keyboard can be flipped to the back of the iPad or set to open outwards (as if you were going to use it to type). It attaches to the main case via a long magnet that runs along the left side of the iPad. It does appear to be stronger when I have the keyboard facing the back of the iPad? The keyboard tends to come off very easily when I use it to try and type. The temporary solution is to detach it, and use it separately. This may be the intended use for the folio which isnโt that big of a deal. The lights are VERY bright, which is a highlight for this keyboard folio (pun intended). You can switch through different colors (white, blue, cyan, green, yellow, red, and purple). You can also toggle through 3 different brightnesses. There are several function keys at the top of the keyboard: brightness controls, iPad search, screenshot, global command, skip, pause, forward for media, volume controls, a lock(?, unsure of this functionality), and a delete key. You get the standard functional keys for a Mac, such as control, option, and command. The inclusion of dedicated arrow keys is also a plus (quite handy for this review). Now, the WORST part of the keyboard, is that some of the keys are very mushy. Some even get stuck, such as my Z key. This is the worst part of keyboard. This may be due to a quality issue, nearly every key on this keyboard feels great. The scissor switches feel similar to the MacBook keyboard, a very tactile feeling. However, for some reason, the bottom left corner of my keyboard is very mushy. The Z and CMD key stays down unless I tap it very lightly. It detracts from the experience of using the keyboard dramatically since typing can be interrupted on the iPad by long-pressing a key to access ร ccented letters. The mousepad has a bit of a delay. Definitely noticeable when comparing to the official keyboard folio due to the fact that the keyboard uses Bluetooth. Overall, I think this would be a great keyboard folio for the price, but the quality issues are the reasons that I wonโt be using this folio.

They keyboard feels nice to type on, the keys aren't cramped like in the official smart keyboard folio. Impressive for the price of the product, The hinge on the kickstand is sturdy. Great built material overall. I like that the keyboard is detachable, only downside is the magnet is not strong enough to keep it attached when I lift my ipad in the air, without holding the keyboard it most likely will come detached on its own. Also a bit heavy, but understandable considering they keyboard is backlit and has a battery.

Really quite a good keyboard for a budget price. I bought the official Apple magic keyboard and didn't really like it, so I returned it. While I decide what keyboard I really want, I bought this budget version. It's actually pretty great. It adds a bit of bulk, partly due to the flap that acts as a stand. But its magnets are good and strong, it pairs easily and works well. In the end, I decided to keep my original keyboard from years ago that still fit (which I hadn't realised was the case), but gave this to my daughter who got my old iPad. I'm really very happy with this purchase as I was feeling serious buyers remorse over the Apple one that is far too expensive and isn't as comfortable to use. I like being able to fold my keyboard back and hold my iPad in portrait mode sometimes, but the official keyboard doesn't allow this. This is something I do quite a bit, so to spend that much money on something that doesn't quite work as well, seemed silly. I'm grateful I was allowed to return it and I'm really impressed with this budget version.

Really good little keyboard for your iPad. I love the backlit keyboard option for typing in low light. Functions are very simple to use once I read the user manual it came with. Hopefully it will be very useful for my upcoming certificate IV

works great but would be great if charging the ipad also charged the keyboard. you need a dual charger to charge both at the same time.
