Took care of an ant problem in our bathroom and kitchen, but patience is required.
I woke up one morning and saw tons of tiny odorous ants all over our metal garbage can with foot-activated cover. Apparently they found something they liked in our garbage and had an ant trial going from the garbage can to under the baseboard near the stove. I had never even seen one ant indoors until then. I sprayed Clorox cleaner all over them and wiped them up and took out the garbage. For the next week, I'd see a few crawling around the kitchen counter and continued to spray Clorox all over them and where I thought they were emerging. At the same time, all of a sudden they are in our bathroom just across from the kitchen. I have no idea where they are coming from. I put one of these ant traps near the sink, because I keep seeing them in and around the sink. After several hours, a bunch of them are sucking poison up from the Terro ant bait and I can see that the ants are coming from underneath the light fixture over the bathroom mirror. I moved the trap right next to the light fixture. After a few hours, once the ants re-orient themselves to where the trap has moved to, they start a train to carry the poison from the bait to, I guess, wherever their nest is. This goes on for about a day. Next, no more ants to be seen anywhere. They have left the ant bait and they are not coming from beneath the light fixture anymore. Problem solved, it seems. Edit: The ants came back. They disappeared for two days and them came back in many numbers, still sucking food out of the bait. I hope they die soon. I will update this review if and when they totally disappear. Edit: It is Dec. 27, it seems this product has eliminated the ants in the bathroom. It took about three or four waves of ants over several days, probably about two weeks from when I first wrote this review. Also, we continued to have a big ant problem in the kitchen. I put out two of these traps and again figured out where the ants were coming from. Again, it took about three or four major "ant parties' in the bait to get to the point where we see few if any ants. Today, I see none. So, these work, but you have to be patient and you have to put up with a ton of ants going in and out of the trap for at least a few days and maybe up to two weeks. I suppose it depends on how big the ant colony is.

Good product to control ants
We suddenly had an issue with tiny ants in our home and this stuff did the trick! Ants were gone first time we put these traps out.

Great
Iโve purchased this product twice now and have been really happy with how convenient and effective it is. We started noticing ants around the kitchen and a few other areas in the house, so I placed the bait stations near the areas where I was seeing them. I like that I donโt have to spray insecticide all over the house. The ants are attracted to the liquid bait, and after leaving the stations in place for a while, I noticed there were significantly fewer ants around the areas where we had been seeing them. The four-pack is also convenient because I can place the stations in different locations instead of having to move one around. The small size makes them relatively easy to put in less noticeable spots, and the adhesive backing is useful when placing them along a wall or other surface. What I like most is that itโs a simple, low-maintenance solution. Just put the bait stations where you see ant activity and let them do their job. It does take some time rather than working instantly, but thatโs expected with this type of bait.

Works well, doesnโt stick the greatest tho. Takes about 3 full days to solve the ant problem.
Works pretty great. Some little black ants were showing up in my kitchen (I left some maple bacon residue in the sink overnight). I use Meyer lemon spray to get rid of all the ones in undesirable areas (or if some want to stray too far away from the poison) and stuck one of these traps where they appeared to be entering. They started swarming the trap and I watched a ton of them fill their bellies with the clear borax and take it back to their colony dutifully. For 24-48 hours there were hundreds coming and going and after about day 4 there were 0 entering (assuming they all died after accidentally poisoning their brothers and queen). I also use the Gel (other clear liquid you see in the video) as it works faster through fipronil (I think is the name). Youโll notice I had to use some tape to keep it in place as the provided adhesive did not work as great as Iโd hope (still 5 star review for solving my problem tho). It didnโt smell bad and I was able to stick it higher where my cats didnโt care to mess with it.

YOU'LL HAVE MORE SUCCESS RAISING AN ANTEATER FROM A BABY THAN USING THESE TRAPS!!!
The TERRO liquid ant baits that come in the rectangular horizontal pods can be fairly effective. But with a gazillion ants climbing on the walls, they don't really help. So although these are more expensive, I was willing to give them a try. I'm convinced these were designed by a queen ant trying to defend her colony and ensuring that not a single one of her minion were killed. Despite following all the instructions, not a single ant was interested in checking into these little hotels. The problems are multifold: 1. To get into one of these bait traps, the ants need to perform acrobatic feats seldom seen by non-carnival ants. They would sometimes go near the traps, but would never enter. 2. Whatever attractant is used in these bait boxes is not very interesting to ants. Out of thousands of ants, I only witnessed a few ants willing to investigate these poorly designed devices. 3. When you mount these vertically, all the bait goes to the very bottom of the trap. So, to get to the bait, an ant first must be willing to navigate through the opening, which is apparently a very difficult task for an ant to perform. If an ant was able to do this, it would then have to travel down to the bottom of the trap to get any of the bait. Finally, it would have to reverse its course (without drowning) and find a way out of the trap. After observing thousands of ants, I did not observe a single one with this type of atypical dexterity and brain power. The only good thing about these is that they are small, so they won't take up much room in my trash can when I throw them all away.

Average efficacy
Works fairly well. Initially attracts ants but over time not as effective. Also adhesive is horrible. Does not stick to tile. Priced reasonably but not as much since you have to buy your own adhesive. No odor and fits into small spaces

THIS STUFF WORKS!!!
Follow the instructions - this stuff WORKS!!! I placed the bait station on a baseboard near an area of ant activity. Within an hour-a huge swarm of ants were having a party going in and out of the bait station. Within a day-all ant activity was gone. Highly effective! I canโt recommend this enough!

Works
Worked as long as the ants can find it and you let their whole colony come and take it. Takes a while but it works if you wait patiently
