Does this iphone 15 come with the Apple one year warranty? Also if there were problems do we contact amazon or apple?

If u buy from Amazon just make sure Apple do sell on Amazon mean they have store on Amazon than u will have same rights

Do we get an sim with it or not

The iPhone 15 has options to use a nano sim and an e-sim. So you could use either (not sure if you can use both simultaneously). You are however not offered a new sim at the point of purchase, except you pay for that separately. Otherwise you can use your existing SIM cards. I hope this helps.
