BAD QUALITY AND DEFECTIVE AIR MATTRESSES
I am writing to formally complain about the air mattress I purchased from your company on [25.05.2024]. Despite following all the instructions for proper use and care, the mattress has developed cracks and leaks, rendering it unusable.The specific issues I have encountered with the air mattress include:1. Cracks developed within 20 DAYS of use, leading to significant air leakage.2. The mattress fails to hold air for an adequate period, causing discomfort and inconvenience.3. The quality of the material appears substandard, contributing to its rapid deterioration.Given these problems, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and believe it does not meet the standards advertised by your company.

Deflation issue
Air is leaking slowly after nine months of use.Hence it deflates in 4hrs so it needs frequent pump inflation.please provide solution

The build quality is really good, and the air blowing in and out is very quick and a little bit louder. Don't expect too much comfort.

very poor quality. air leaks starts within 3 months. the repair kit provided cannot stop leaks. so i have to resort to rubber adhesives. Thereafter new leaks keeps on coming specially at stiches of pillars. its a never ending fight against leaks

Really good, inflates and deflates really quickly, I'd say about 2 min and it is comfy. Very nice size for a single.

Easy to use and comfortable
Although there was an unpleasant pvc smell when we first used this bed, it quickly disappeared. The bed is so far from a traditional, blow-up mattress! It is very comfortable, stays inflated all night and is a doddle to inflate and fold down after use. Great for adults or children, and stows away into a very small space. A great buy!

Die Luftmatraze wird schnell aufgepumpt und bietet eine sehr bequeme Liegefläche.Nach zwei Nächten musste ich nicht nachpumpen.Die Pumpe ist zwar nicht sehr leise, aber in 2-3 Minuten ist alles fertig aufgepumpt.Wenn man direkt darauf liegt, klebt man nicht daran.Meine Kinder haben es sogar als Hüpfburg benutzt und es hat problemlos standgehalten.Anfangs roch es etwas nach Kunststoff, aber das verflog schnell.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.
