Looking for something to keep bottled beer in. Will this work?? Is it quiet???

It is not quiet. The circulating fan makes a noticeable noise that can be quite irritating. We own 2 other brands , a stand alone that says it cools to 34 but doesn't and a front vent that says it cools to 36 but won't go below 40, this cooler does cool to 34 and slightly below. We took out a shelf so we have room for bottles, also the shelves are somewhat weak and bow in with the weight of bottled beer. You have to keep an eye on the back wall once it starts icing up you will need to manually defrost it. Bottom line it looks great you will have cold beer but you will definitely hear it.

what is the coldest temperature it be set at?

It has A dial setting 1 through 7, 7 being coldest. On the 7 setting it freezes water & other liquids. I have it set to about 4 1/2 witch is about 38 degrees F.

Is the door reversible?

Yes, the swing direction of the door can be reversed.

Does this model accommodate 2 liter bottles

Depending on how you arrange the shelving - yes. With all provided shelves in place - NO. But shelves slide out and doing that will provide the height needed for 2 liter bottle. There is more than enough width & depth.
