Wow! Just charge it and set it. It worked great. Make sure you close the lid of the grill. A little loud as it knocked against the side, but I’m glad I purchased this. I no longer dread cleaning the grill.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was a Father's Day gift from my wife... I really felt that I was going to go from cleaning the smoker/grill to cleaning the Grill-Bot... I must admit I was wrong and give props to the Grill-bot folks... It worked exactly as advertised and when I attempted to clean it there wasn't really much effort or cleaning to do. I've only used it once but so far I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.I had used my Traeger smoker a couple of times without cleaning it... Smoked a butt, a couple racks of ribs and some wings... Quite a bit of build up from different meats and sauces. Grill-bot cleaned much better than I expected. There was just a little residue left and a 10 second wipe down with a paper towel and it looked brand new. Great product.

Cleans your grill nicely

Purchased this for Christmas for my husband. We followed all the initial directions, made sure it was charged before the first use. The grill bot worked great. It really cleaned our grill grates on the top side, we flopped them over to clean the underside. We have absolutely no complaints with how this product performed. We used it 3 times between January and March. We pulled it out today to charge the battery. It’s been charging all day (7hours) with no progress. We’ll leave it plugged in overnight and hopefully it will charge. We are very disappointed that it won’t charge, it dud such agood job.An edit to my original post. We let the grill bot charge all night….nothing happened. The vendor site recommended we open the machine and disconnect the battery that is probably in sleeping mode. We did that , plugged the battery back in after 60 seconds and plugged the charger back in.Still nothing, the battery is dead after three months and 3 uses. We have ordered a new battery from the manufacturer through Amazon for $19.99. Hope this works!

Does the job much better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this pricey item works.

We really appreciate and use this cleaner. It is pretty powerful and really cleans the grill! The bristles come off and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

My son loves to grill. This was exactly what he needed.

This is an amazing item BUT the warranty (the shafts that hold the brushes broke) is none existent if purchased from Amazon.ca. Although Grillbot did their best to put me in touch with the company who sold it to Amazon BUT they were not helpful at all, stating that I purchased the item 3rd party so no warranty and they don't ship to Canada

Bin sehr begeistert von diesem Roboter , wie ein kleiner Käfer, dem nach Drücken "ON" Leben eingehaucht wird. Schnell Deckel drauf und zwischenzeitlich andere Dinge erledigen. Ganz wichtig: Nur für Griller mit Deckel! Sonst springt der Käfer todesmutig vom Griller :) Die Reinigung ist vollkommen in Ordnung!

schnelle Lieferung, Verpackung i.O., aber er säubert nicht gut, habe einen Gasgrill, der Bot muss sich also nur mit Kohleresten, nicht mit Fett und Asche rumschlagen. Macht mächtigen Krach und mit einer herkömmlichen Bürste bekommt man den Grill in 2-5 Minuten besser sauber. Bleibt ein Partygag bis zu wenig Platz da ist, dann wird er entsorgt.
