POOR EXPIRY DATE TERMS
having tried to activate the e-cards, albeit after 12 months of purchasing them, they have expired and I am unable to use ยฃ45 worth of e-cards. 2.3. of the terms and conditions state" The Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation and cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens." These cards have not been activated therefore they should not have expired.

Excellent Vouchers can be used at multiple outlets.
Easy to set up and send and brilliant it covers many outlets the vouchers can be used. Would like incremental price increases to be in ยฃ10. Instead of needing to send 2 vouchers to submit amount wished to pay.
