I've had an awful flare up thats lasted 3 weeks and it's been awful. Literally felt like I've been suffocating and my oxygen went down to 94. Used this about 15 minutes ago ( biggest ball ) and omg it's already so much easier to breathe, can near enough instantly feel the effects of it. It brought it all up so easily too. Would 10000% recommend I'm really pleased with it

Amazing little device! From the first time I opened the box and used it, I can feel my lungs are expanded and can breathe in deeper. I’m using the largest metal ball provided. I have been suffering with three week old, extremely bad flu that’s floored me and gone to my chest and keep losing my voice. (Excuse the description - green sticky phlegm). Straight away I’m bringing up more phlegm. By the second morning (4th usage) I can feel it’s expanding my lungs which I can feel noticeably and expelling the phlegm even quicker and I’m feeling better in myself physically. Separately to the flu, I have also been having unknown allergies for years causing severe sinusitis in my face which oddly and noticeably feels better also by day 2 (perhaps the vibrations?) Today I can actually touch my face without the excruciating pain. WIN - WIN! How did I not know about this device before! It’s very well built and sturdy and comes in a cute little box for storage so nothing gets lost. Worth every penny in my opinion. Thank you!

Good value for money but could be better quality

Wow! Fantastic little gadget. Used the largest ball at I knew I had a lot of phlegm to get rid of and it failed to disappoint. This gadget is a game changer. Great value for money. World definitely recommend x

I do suffer from congestion on my lungs but this has really helped me keep them clear.

I have COPD and this lung exerciser does help, I haven't been using it long so I may update the review at a later date.

This is a definate must have. Ive had a terrible chest infection but trying to get rid of the phlegm was a nightmare, until I found this piece of kit. Its a miracle worker if you suffer with phlegm.

Assez étonnant à utiliser mais fonctionne bien. On sent bien les vibrations qui vont assainir les poumons des glaires présentes. A faire régulièrement si possible
