Wrong item delivered…
We would like to return this item, the item is not uae compatible and the power is not working in the uae. Why Amazone is offering and celling this product I do not know. It is unacceptable that there is items on the list that the voltage is not working in UAE. Only in Canada. We did report this and ask for a refund and pickup for return.

Price markup is crazy
Price markup is crazy—$19 in the U.S. but 129 here in Dubai. My old Xiaomi Mi Box TV 1st Gen runs faster. Still, among local options, this offers good value. Needed a VPN (U.S. server) to activate, but plenty of helpful videos online.

Can't even configure it . Its not for uae .. very bad seller. Selling such product and wasting everyone's money

I don’t understand why this item is being sold here in the UAE when it clearly mentions it is region locked both on the box and during the setup. Heavily recommend to avoid purchasing this one.

Not working in UAE
It is very disappointing, that there is no due diligence done before selling this streaming tv box for UAE market. This device is only supported in the U.S and Puerto Rico.
