Great sim package
Activation was quick and straightforward, with excellent signal and reliable network coverage. Calls were clear, mobile data was fast, and everything worked immediately after setup. Just a working SIM card
Just a SIM card. It worked fine but youโre expected to top up of course. I donโt understand why people expect for it to come charged with internet and minutes.

Great little sim for my spare phone. Lebara customer service are lovely too!

Useless sim
I am not sure what is the point of selling a sim card that anyway needs to be topped up or a plan needs to be purchased before use. This is almost a scam to collect a pound, but now I can't be bothered to go to a return centre just for a pound. Better for anyone to buy a proper plan (which will come with a sim), as this sim doesn't do anything without a top-up or a plan anyway.
