Ringside Boxing Double End Bag - 5", 7" and 9" Great Quality bag, but the heavy duty tarpaulin straps it's supplied with are Terrible! Not springy enough, just buy yourself good nylon/cloth wrapped bunggies!!

Nice leather, doesn’t deflate for a couple of weeks at least, you get two rubber cords. One longer than the other so that it’s head height. It’s not too taught at a 8ft ceiling.

Very well made worth the money

Great workout with this f2c ball. Only problem I incurred was the rubber band snapped after a couple of weeks beating. Cheap to replace so overall 9/10

Ball itself is good quality however the rubber straps were very poor, hardly any elasticity! When I attempted to stretch it snapped just below the hook after a few inches seems like the rubber had exceeded its shelf life and started to perish.

The fact it is small makes it great Really makes you focus on the hand to eye coordination It’s Kept me active during this lockdown as I’ve had no boxing gyms to train at Great for ticking over and building up a sweat

Would not recommend this product only after a month the valve is broken and deflates on it’s own so can’t use this is it’s not a cheap product to buy but is definitely not worth your money very disappointing

I very much like this bag. It is sturdy and make of excellent quality materials. I have used it for a week or two frequently and it is holding up great. My only gripe was with the bungee cords as they were too short and I had to purchase some from the Canadian tire nearby. After you get the right bungees, you're golden. The bag is more expensive than some other bags but the material on the bag itself is very sturdy and the build quality is superb. The bag is a little expensive but the quality is excellent and once you get your own bungees, The bag is great!

This bag has withstood serious abuse and shows no real wear. Air pressure is excellent. After a refill and frequent use over a month, there is only slight pressure loss. As I learned the bag and progressed to heavy power shots, the bungees rapidly lost their initial tension. Anchored approx. 8'6" from floor to ceiling, the bag speed is now at about 108 bpm. This slower tempo is just as fun, useful, and challenging for me. I believe the 7" bag would be the best size for novices and intermediates. Large enough to learn on, small enough to really grow into, and it feels properly proportioned for a gloved hand. If you glance the bag on the outside with a wide/heavy punch, the bungee can sling into your arm and break blood vessels, leaving pretty nasty looking marks on the skin. Not bruises or burns, but like long hickeys. The pain is minimal in comparison to how the marks appear. They are non-serious. This bag is excellent for exercise and training. I would highly recommend it along with a good pair of boxing gloves.

Not bad, not good. Nowhere near the quality of the Ringside we new years back. Very poor latex bladders as well. Replace them with another brand when the time comes, that won't be long. I still have my Ringside bags from the early 90's. You'll be lucky to get two years out of todays bags if you train regularly.
