I ordered this refurbished surface pro in "excellent" condition. From what I have checked, that means no scratches on the screen. Mine came in with very light scratched but if I paid $45 more for an excellent condition that's what I expect. The pros however, it came in on time and seems to work well. I noticed that some customers were getting ones with keyboards and slimpens so I was honestly hoping for that but mine didnt come with any of that. Still a pretty solid product though.

I was expecting a used looking product, but it looks brand new. Comes in original packaging. Tablet is immaculate: no scratches, dents, bumps. It serious looks brand new(even though its refurbished). So whatever the reason for refurbishing this model had to have been interior. The reason is not disclosed. I have heard(speculating) that most issue are touch screen related. But currently all is great. If for any reason this changes I will edit this review. Only con would be it does get quite hot.

This unit was professionally refurbished by Microsoft. Not a blemish on the tablet, perfect condition and even an official Microsoft charger. It even came in a Microsoft box. Couldn't have asked for a better tablet. Could have fooled me for brand new!!! Great job seller!!

I purchased the Surface Pro 8 and, while the device seemed promising, I had some issues. The touchscreen at the top part of the screen didn’t work properly, which was a major drawback for a tablet. Otherwise, the device was in great condition, with no scratches or visible signs of being refurbished. The performance was smooth, and Windows 11 Home ran without issue. Unfortunately, due to the touchscreen problem, I had to return it. If you receive one without defects, it could be a solid buy, but my experience was less than ideal.

This is a factory-certified unit by Microsoft, so that means you get a brand new battery and a full one-year warranty from MS. It's a great deal for a great tablet and a very capable student laptop once you add the Surface Pro Signature keyboard (not included but available at a great price on Amazon).

So this was a great buy for me. I was going to get the Pro 9 but when I researched there was not much difference between the two. I did try the Pro 9 and I liked both equally. The operating system will be supported until 2027 and I knew this when I bought it. I will put Linux on it after it is no longer supported. I love it. It actually fits in my purse so I take it to work all the time. It's fast and reliable.
