I love the little extras
I finally finished this set up, and while it took a long time I can't say I regret it at all. Be warned it takes a lot of time and patience to set this up even with multiple people working on it. The tools were ok they were about the same quality as a previous set I did, so eventually I just had to use my own tools but I loved all the details put into this set it made me want to visit a physical version of it. After set up has stayed fairly sturdy but I'm not willing to test it. Was fun at many points would definitely do again.

I Love the Details of this Kit
This is SUCH a neat little house kit. It comes packaged in a very nice cardboard box (pictured), and is all neatly packaged in multiple small plastic bags (dear companies: less plastic, please!). It's order is a beautiful sight to behold. The instructions are pictured (2 pages of them).I have some concerns about the ease of the instructions. The benefit is that they use photos for the instructions: I love photos, the universal explanation. But you look at it first, and you go, "Oh, that's awesome: this is going to make it so easy!" But you look a little closer and realize that these images may be a trifle challenging to follow, and they take a little intuition. Hopefully you are already pretty crafty if you are getting one of these kits: they're not really a beginner kind of thing. It's also not like Lego: if you screw up, take it apart and redo it. This involves glue and bending paper and small things, so your mistakes will show. But all that said, I'm really excited about all of the details in this kit and how fun it will be when complete: it looks amazing. :)

Quality not the same as the earlier kits
I make miniatures. Purchased the same coffee shop in July. Everything was geeat. One month later i ordered another. The graphics look like they were copied on a cheap printer. Ink has a green hue to it. Looks faded like printer out of ink. The wood pieces are also of poorer quality. Disappointed but i saved the old graphics & copied them so i will make do. Can’t return bcz I started creating already.

Poor Instructions
As you can see in my photos, I was able to cobble together a structure and some furniture pieces using the abysmal instructions. What took me ten hours could have been completed in half the time. And I’m only a third of the ways done! What is wrong with the instructions?1) Faint and blurry font.2) Steps are skipped. I had to figure it out myself.3) Photos are dark and blurry. Can’t tell which corners go with which. My structure ended up having gaps, because it does make a difference how corners are aligned. Also, it’s really difficult to assemble the boxes (especially that gift box). The papers are thin, and the glue causes the print to disintegrate. I would have given the kit a ONE Star, but I gave it one extra star, because the look of the structure is nice looking. I would invest your money in a better kit.

Somewhat of a Challenge
The instruction book is ... eccentric, to put it kindly; pictured detail on some items, but a matter of conjecture when it comes to the structure itself; it's purely a matter of guesswork as to how the walls fit together. There are faint white lines on the paper floor panel, and that's about it. As to where to place the individual finished elements, the pictures on the Amazon listing offer more of a clue than the instruction booklet, The engineering of the kit itself is not up to anywhere near the standard set by recent Rolife kits - no holes in the panels to accommodate the light fixtures and wires, or any informative direction as to where to install the lights to begin with. I had a duplicate sheet of wooden parts for the walls, and was missing one panel entirely. I would not recommend this kit for a complete beginner.

Fun
This will take TIME. Do not expect to sit down and fly through this like you would with maybe a lego set. Instructions were easy for me to undrstand. Very close to finished and it is looking fabulous. You can add your own spin on it too which is delightful!

Cheap
I was so excited to do this package until it came. The glue was busted open all over the inside of the package and pieces are stuck together when you try to pull them apart, it just rips the paint off the other pieces disappointment with this kit
