Understanding the U.S. Constitution, Grades 5 - 12

This little book is packed FULL of information. As a 29 year old woman, I learned more about the US Constitution from this book than I ever did in public school while teaching it to my homeschooler! Once you complete the book theres a little review or quiz in the back that touches on everything you learned throughout. My 11 year old now knows more about the Constitution than most college students & grown adults.

Great book

My 8th grader needed an American History curriculum and we thought we'd start off with a good primer on the Constitution. He soaked it all up and eagerly completed the whole book ahead of schedule (fair warning: it likely won't take you the whole school year, or even one whole semester, to complete the book, as it is fairly short), talking excitedly about the Constitution, ratification, the Amendments, etc. to anyone who'd listen. He was disappointed when he was finished; we'll have to look for more from this publisher!
