As an owner of this item I haven’t tried this however I would assume with the correct adapter it would possibly work

Yes i used mine that way no problem it connected Bluetooth in one port easily and a 3.5 audio jack in the other side all fine.

Can you connect 2 bluetooth headsets when watching tv?

No, not this model as we didn’t want to be resteicted having to watch same channel when flying
