Straight out of the packaging, you can see the new one is an obvious "unplug the old block connector & plug in the new one" affair, which you can see in the advertised pictures. A friend carried out the installation for me while I made the tea but it all looked fairly easy as he took the odd shaped back panel off, pulled the electrical block plug through a hole and after screwing the new element in place, he switched block plugs and screwed it back together. The heater works perfectly now so it`s back to wearing dry clothes again instead of the damp and clammy attire I was growing so fond of. Needless to say, please make sure your model number is one of the ones listed otherwise it might not fit correctly.

Just fitted it in a Indesit IDC75. Doesn't match exactly but fits a treat and most importantly fits the dryer and works perfectly. Wife very happy

The heating element in this is a completely different design to the original part which gave me some small concern but so far it's doing exactly what it should be - a faulty capacitor in my machine caused the old heater to burn out and I suspect this one will be even less forgiving if the motor (and therefore the airflow) starts to run slow. Some instructions / wiring diagram included in the box would be a useful addition. The wiring loom on this wasn't quite the right lengths so I had to fiddle with it to make it a flawless fit - I'm sure it would have worked ok as shipped but the wires didn't lay as neatly as the original.

Quality looks and feels superior to the original factory part. Plug isn’t exactly the same as the original but it works perfectly fine. Took almost 3 full cycles until it actually started to get properly hot enough to dry the clothes and now it is working perfectly fine.

We have the Indesit IDC8T3, the build quality of this third part spare is far superior to the original that was constructed with cardboard coated in aluminium and designed to fail as a short over time. This spare is well built with no flimsy cardboard parts. All you will have to watch with the IDC8T3 is the plug is slightly different but it does fit nice and snug. If your element failed ensure you clean everything out before installing the new one especially the bottom as show in the second picture. This has been running pretty much every day for 2 weeks now with no issues.

Nous avons acheté cette pièce suite à la panne de notre sèche linge et après plusieurs mois d utilisation le produit fonctionne très bien! Ça nous a permis de ne pas racheter un sèche linge . Merci de proposer ce genre de pièce détachées !
