The quality of the entire arm is very well made and function super well. It fits very well on my desk and clamps very easy. Additionaly, it's sturdy and strong and the springs work very well. It is easy to install and easy to utilize. The item is quiet when being used and its very light weight. The microphone stand is very high and it extends across a long way as well.

Right out of the box I knew this was quality. It's got the kind of build that I remember old diecast toys felt like. Extremely easy to set up and I almost cut half of a handle off because I wanted to get it really close to something until I realized that you can just pull on the handle, and it acts like a ratchet! That alone tells me that they thought about the user when they engineered this thing. It's worth every penny compared to the two that I've had to throw away now that were slightly less expensive but complete garbage. Very pleased with this.😀

Ok so I know it's a little pricey, but man this is a great arm. It looks great and feels premium, has a wide range of adjustments, and the magnetic cable channels are awesome. You could go with another arm, but it's a nice quality of life improvement if you've got the cash to go for this one. I didn't think I'd find myself loving a microphone arm this much. I’ve been using the Elgato Wave Mic Arm LP (White) in my daughter’s gaming PC setup, and it is excellent in every way. The arm is sturdy, flexible, and easy to position, allowing the microphone to stay exactly where it’s needed without drooping or shifting during use. It integrates seamlessly with the Elgato Wave microphone, providing professional-level stability and adjustability for streaming, gaming, or recording. The arm is assuredly of much better quality and range of motion than my last cheap boom arm. The cable management is also a very nice touch, but it would be better for my set up to have the cable management run under the boom arm instead of over. However it's range of motion has not been as quite as smooth as shown in the advertisements. I don't feel like I can just easily adjust it and move it into different positions because I have to keep it on the tighter side for the weight of my mic. However my mic is not that far off from other mic weights so... Also if you want a boom arm attachable pop filter forget it. These arms are to big for most pop filter clamps.

I've had this thing for two hour, but given its simple function (hold a microphone in position) and ease of setup (less than 10 minutes) I feel comfortable giving it a positive review. A couple of observations -- The product info says this arm has a "long reach" of 29.1 inches. This is true if you point the ball head bolt that connects to the microphone out horizontally. If you have to aim it vertically then the arm reaches 27 inches, base-to-ball-head. I would consider this the normal orientation for the bolt. This was initially a concern for me because I needed the full reach, but adding my mic's stand mount gave me a couple of more inches. Enough reach. I then switched this out for a suspension shockmount, and I can get the base of my mic 32 inches from the base. Ample reach. The shockmount and the mic (an Electro-Voice RE20) weigh a total of 2 pounds, 5 ounces. They create a lot of leverage. This is clearly pushing the Wave's joints to their limit, but they're holding up. The Wave comes with small parts - mounting adapters and a hex wrench. I was initially fussing about where to store these until I realized they would fit under the cable channel plates along with the cable. Also, if you pull down on the desk mount tightening arm, it swivels freely so you can point it out of the way after tightening the mount. Very cool. Edit: I have been using this regularly for a few months. It continues to be great.

I don't know if this was expensive or cheap for what it was, but the quality is unquestionable. Steel cable covers with magnets to hide the USB cable, a pretty nice desk clamp that is as large as a cheap monitor desk clamp. Everything is fairly stiff and ridge at the joints, but does wobble a tiny amount at the base. I don't have the set screw for the base engaged, which could be a reason for that. The second extension is high enough that I can move my mouse underneath it, but low enough that it slides under the monitor, with an ~8" space. Maybe there are equivalent low profile microphone booms in the 40-60 dollar range, but you can't go wrong here.

J’utilise ce bras de micro Elgato low profile depuis quelques semaines maintenant et je suis vraiment satisfait. Le format low profile est super pratique, la perche ne coupe pas la vue. L'installation est simple malgré une casse du U de mon Elgato Wave:3 car il n'y a pas de guide. (Heureusement j'avais U de rechange). La qualité des matériaux de la perche est bonne.

This is a very nice mount. I did use cheaper ones before as I thought well, it’s only a mount it’s not that big of a deal. However they were always a bit finicky, kinda flimsy, etc. This mount however is well made, solid, you can hide the cable itself within the frame, and it’s easily adjustable. Once you’ve got your height setting done, it’s easy and smooth to slide it out when not in use, or bring it in when in use. It also looks nice, much better than a lot of other mic mounts available.

Este brazo que pasa por debajo de tu monitor sin bloquearte la visión es de muchísima conveniencia, los imanes para el manejo de cables es fuerte y pareciera que no se caen tan fácilmente como las primeras versiones de estos brazos (este brazo es la segunda versión lo cual Elgato fortaleció los imanes y ahora tiene un orificio de cableado por abajo para tu mejor conveniencia). Como se esperaba de esta marca, muy buena calidad de producto, quedé muy contento con este brazo.
