I bought these to use on long journeys as they last for 4hrs. I find them great for shoulders and especially for hip pain when sitting in ghe car or on airplane.

I bought these after my sister had told me they worked for her. Unfortunately they didnโt work for me. When first applied they felt really cold which numbed the area for a few seconds and then nothing. I used the full pack of 4 but had no relief from them.
