Black Moon Astrology Cards

This is the newest deck to my tarot collection and I just have to say wow for a second. Although they are not the best quality card stock they are still thick and glossy enough for my liking. I will also say that the cards are significantly larger than your typical tarot deck but I have bigger hands so shuffling isn’t an issue for me. The artwork of the images are stunning, bold, and beautiful. I knew I wanted an astrological tarot deck and after going back and forth between this one a couple others I decided on this one and I’m so glad I did. The guide book is exceptionally thorough. I highly recommend this deck not only in all that I’ve stated so far with the addition of mentioning that although all astrological signs are present in this deck it still goes far beyond that. It includes houses, significantly important planets, and so much more. In my opinion it’s definitely worth it.

Wow 😳 these cards are spectacular. Mine are no larger than other Oracle cards. My hands are really small (I'm only 5ft tall) and I can shuffle them either direction. Maybe the publisher made them smaller after the bad reviews? Idk, but I am in love and have no issue. I included a picture next to Radiant Wise tarot and Moonology for reference. I received matte finish and the colors, images, and card stock are everything I want. I even love the border that some people have spoken poorly about. Absolutely beautiful.

Awesome Deck

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing these because some of the complaints about print quality and size. I'm sure happy I went with my intuition and purchased these regardless. The print quality is completely acceptable. They are matte so they do not have a glossy shine. This does not bother me at all. I have extremely small hands for an adult. These are a larger deck. I do not worry about jumper cards for oracle decks as much as I do with tarot so I just shuffled them like playing cards and cut the deck. I think once they break in a bit I will be able to shuffle them for jumpers holding them upright without a problem. The best part about this deck for me is the detailed book with the card descriptions. I really love how each card is related to a tarot card. If you are familiar with the RW Tarot card meanings this little clue will fast track you to understanding the intention the author is trying to get across quickly as you learn the specifics for each card. I also wanted to use this deck to help me remember the attributes of the planets and houses better. It absolutely fulfills this desire beyond my expectations.

So this is actually my very first amazon review, but I ADORE these cards. I actually bought them with the intent of learning more about astrology the houses the signs and how they all interweave with each other , and this deck is how you do that. The book that comes with it is so detailed I felt like I got a mini college class on this. The artwork in the cards is beautiful and as an empath I can truly feel the intent behind the artwork. I would so highly recommend this deck for anyone looking to add astrology into their readings 💜 I also LOVE the size of the cards they are a little larger but they are very thick and durable and great quality too! I just received my cards the other day and really like the artwork. I’ve been searching for Astrology cards, I have some I made but wanted card grade cards. I appreciate the quality book that accompanies the deck. I haven’t delved in but look forward to seeing how they’re used with and without Tarot. They are a bit large, so possibly trimmed, a bit more info on them would’ve been great, or a bit smaller. I like the tarot correspondences. I wonder why the square, conjunction and opposition weren’t a part of the deck. I’m also confused by some of the correspondences like Chiron and Pisces both being the Hanged Man; Libra being given the 2 of Pentacles while the 7th house gets Justice; then Libra and the 2nd house both getting the 2 of Pentacles. And all of the houses get Minor Arcana except 7 and 10. Both theFire Element and the solar eclipse get the 2 of wands, while the other elements each get the corresponding Ace to the element. Somehow for something as powerful as an eclipse, you’d think a Major Arcana card would be better fit. I found one more also. With 78 Tarot cards you’d think there could be correspondences with no over lap. Just an observation. Since I’ve only just got the deck, I’ll have to play around and see if they work with the cards. I might reassign some. As I just got the deck these are my first observations. Update edit 6/7/20 looking through cards again and saw that Card 6 is Saturn and Card 7 is Jupiter. Why are they out of order? I’ll have to see if there’s a reason in the book but in my book “big faux pas.”

This is my second time ordering this deck. The first one I let my mom borrow and she liked it so much I just decided to let her keep it and ordered myself another one. If you love Oracle cards and Astrology, this deck is put together perfectly IMO. It explains in depth each of the houses, the signs, certain aspects, and more. Being able to use all of these together as an Oracle is really interesting and fun. If you love Astrology and are looking to study up on it more, then this would be a great learning tool also. I personally would recommend this deck to my friends and family.

No solo por su significado emotivo para mi, este mazo está fijo en mi altar desde hace mucho tiempo y lo utilizo, ojeo o, sencillamente, paso un rato con él muy a menudo. As cartas são muito lindas, transmitem uma vibe bem cósmica e também são de ótima qualidade. Elas são bem grande então para quem tem mãos pequenas pode ser dificil de manusea-las, mas para mim deu tranquilo. Os significados do livreto são excelentes, objetivos e claros e descrevem muito bem a essência primordial de cada arquétipo astrológico. Realmente um deck que considero um must na biblioteca de todo astrólogo oraculista.

A 52 card deck which contains zodiacs, planets and planetary associations like conjuctions, trines. A very well written informative guide book. The card deck has been printed in China. The cards are big and have a matte finish to them which makes shuffling easy. The card stock is sturdy. The guidebook also contains association of the cards with respective tarot cards. The cards can be used as oracle cards too. I connect so well with the deck. I would highly recommend this deck to anyone.
