As usual I spent ages checking stuff online before I made my decision. This at 12kg is great for me and works as expected. To be honest I LOVE IT! Fellow pensioners this tool provides a serious burn and pumps those arms (mainly forearms) and gets the ticker going.

This is an excellent piece of kit. My shoulders have always been hard to build, but this has helped me greatly. I only wish it came in different weights.
