The unleavened bread was out of date for the Passover date. Not used very upset to receive something ordered for the Passover and it was passed it’s best date.Not order again

Mat-zo mat-zo man.
I'm not Jewish, but I sure like matzo. Thank you Jewish friends for inventing it. This Yehuda one is just the ticket for making peach matzo kugel (pictured), and also a great sodium-free alternative to water crackers. I spread them with cream cheese and black pepper or dried herbs, then top with thinly sliced carrot or radish. Or I break into small pieces and use like tortilla chips for dipping into salsa etc.These ones do sometimes arrive a bit burned around the edges, but I find that just gives them a better flavour.
