Great value for a great automatic soap dispenser!
There are plenty of automatic soap dispensers on the market, so I was hoping this would be a good choice when I ordered it. After receiving and have used it for a while, I am very pleased with the soap dispenser for the following reasons: 1. Size: A lot of reviews say that this soap dispenser is "too big." However, as you can see from the photos this automatic soap dispenser is almost the same size as an ordinary hand pump. It is no taller and only takes up a little more space around. If you have a flat countertop like mine, size should not be an issue at all. May have issues with a pedestal sink, but that's it. 2. Stainless Steel Finish: The stainless steel finish gives it a modern, sleek look that matches well with most bathroom decors. Fingerprints and water spots don't show up easily on the metal, so it maintains its clean appearance. Overall, it will maintain its appearance without having to be wiped down every day. 3. Batteries: Although the instructions say not to use rechargeable batteries, I have not had any issues using my AAA rechargeable batteries. This will be nice as I won't have to buy new batteries every so often, I can just swap new ones in and recharge the old ones! 4. Adjustable soap volume: I don't need any more soap than the lowest setting, but if you need any more, it is super easy to switch between the modes (one click to cycle through them). Final thoughts: At this price point, I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised to get an item that was easy to set up and work reliably! I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheaper automatic soap dispenser but does not know what to start with.

Works perfectly, small footprint, sleek minimalist elegant design
Bottom line: This was my favorite of the 4 units I tried. I never thought I had a need for a touchless automatic soap dispenser, until one day, I realized, that it could be really convenient. I wash my hands a lot, which is WAY easier when you don't have to pick up the soap container and spritz a little onto your hands. (I know, first world problems!) But also, it is REALLY convenient with the dishwashing scouring pad also sliding under the dispenser nozzle. Then the task was figuring out which style. I ordered a bunch (Sorry, Amazon!) and tried four units out. Admittedly, all worked very similarly. So it became a matter of which style. I thought a large dispenser would be more convenient since you don't have to fill it up that often. But that is really peripheral, since it will last many weeks even with a smaller unit, which this one is. It's kind of like 9 ounces instead of 13 capacity, something like that. But it's smaller, and looks better (to my eyes), on the counter. More significantly, to my esthetic, I found it simply attractive. No extraneous design elements. Simple, elegant, nice brushed finish, and chrome-like top dispenser. The top collects a bit of fingerprint and soapy water residue (very slight), so you have to wipe it with a finger occasionally. And it's a learning curve to remember to grab the unit by the back so it doesn't dispense soap onto the counter (which I just wipe up with the scouring pad, not to waste it). Anyway, this was my favorite of the 4 units I tried.

good soap dispenser
It works well. The sensor is responsive and will quickly pump a set amount of soap. You can change the amount in the programing settings. It uses aaa batteries which can be installed by pulling off the bottom two covers. No screws or toola needed. The soap reservior is also very easy to access and refill. You just gotta pull off the top lid to refill. The exterior is sleek and smooth and will make a great addition to my bathroom.

In two months it stopped working!
I bought it in April and it’s been two months and it’s not working anymore. I changed the batteries, tried resetting it, and nothing. It won’t dispense soap anymore and it has a red light blinking. Total waste of money! Update: the company contacted me and apologized and offered to send me another one. They were very nice and I appreciate them trying to make their costumers happy!

Soap leaks from above into the battery compartment and splashed water gets into the device also.
I have been using these since November 2024. I personally bought 2 for office use and my boss has bought about 8 or more for the restrooms in our office building. We have two in each of our restrooms. In the beginning, they were great. Larger size meant less refills needed, they look good, batteries means less fussing with recharging, the soap doesn't go everywhere when you use it, and the price was great. I was very pleased. But then we experienced water getting inside the bottom. This got through the first plastic cover, past the second plastic cover and into the battery compartment. Our bathroom users (as I said, these are in use in office building restrooms) are not doing anything but washing their hands, so splashing would be all they cause to the dispensers. The IPX4 waterproof rating covers splashing and I would say these do not meet that. We bought coasters to raise the soap dispensers up off the counter surface just a bit to keep the water out. This did not make a difference. We had our engineer look at it and he tried drilling holes in the bottom cover of one of them, so the water that did get in would have an escape route. This did not make any noticeable difference. Of course any water that gets to the batteries will potentially damage the contacts. We have developed a routine of checking the dispensers each time we clean the bathrooms (3x a day), to run damage control and ensure water is not getting inside. You can see little bits of water seeping in from below, that shows up around the rim of the first cover. We vigilantly wipe it off each time to prevent further incursion up into the battery compartment. We check the battery compartment each time we check the first compartment, and we wipe off any water that we find. When I say "we", I mean the cleaners (I am one of them). If any water does get in and the dispenser stops working (which has happened many times), we have to take it off-line and replace it so our restroom users are not inconvenienced, take the batteries out, fully clean out the inside, let it dry out for a few days, and then see if it works. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. We have ended up returning several of these as defective. I returned one of the ones I personally bought (as defective), and the second one that I bought leaked soap and went kaput two weeks after the return window on it closed. Soap has also leaked into the battery compartments from above. This damages the battery contacts beyond repair. I have not been successful in cleaning up soap and then getting the dispenser to work again. I thought maybe it was created for single home use, where maybe a few people use it a couple of times a day. So I thought maybe I would let this ride, but it is being promoted on this website for office use and thus I am making known my experience with it in office use. The manufacturers perhaps did not pilot it in real life use before putting it on the market, because our real life use showed the foregoing flaws. We are now back to the drawing board on finding an automatic soap dispenser that works. If the manufacturer would like to contact me concerning this, I am open to providing whatever information may be helpful in creating a better product. I am making all this information known in the hope that it can be corrected.

I like it
Works fine. I would buy another one. Good to have 3 setting for amount of the soap. In the kitchen one I use higher setting for more soap. In the bathroom less amount is enough. Battery life good as well

This soap dispenser is a game changer!
This soap dispenser is a game changer. It’s totally hands-free, easy to use and I save on soap because it gives you just the right amount for washing your dishes. It doesn’t leak. It’s easy to refill and the batteries seem to be lasting a long time. Not to mention it’s kind of attractive. If you are hesitating on this one go for it I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
