Strongly not recommended The pot ended up changing into brown from the inside and lose its non-stick capability. Their warranty refused to cover the issue claiming it was because the pots was put on high heat while empty, which is not possible. no one in their right mind would do that. they just came up with excuses to avoid repairing under warranty or replace the 2 damaged pots under warranty The silicon covers for the handles are not stable and easily fall off

Life wear cookwear set is sooooo good,,,,quality is excellent,,,,i have been cooking in these vessels for a year now and there is not even a single scratch on this pots till now,,,,,you should go for it
