20 Amp Outdoor GFCI Outlets

Amazing quality, fit great and works as they should! The Led light isn't the brightest but it does work as it should and powered my power tools perfectly. I ordered 5 of these and found out you only need 1 of them and any of them tied into the Load side after that 1 main one then they will all be protected but I went ahead and installed all 5 in my shop and happy with it!

There are two holes in the back by each screw for insertion of up to 12 gauge wire, or two hot and two neutral on the line side and two more of each on the load side. and any more can be attached to the screws. Screws tighten down the inserted wire ends firmly, rather than using spring loaded grippers that might get hot someday. It is 20 amps, requiring a 12 gauge supply. There is a constant-on LED indicating power supplied to the GFCI but it is dim enough to not be obnoxious at night while sleeping in the same room. It is just bright enough to lead one to it when the power has been tripped. If the light is out one knows to go to the breaker box.

I had one GFCI outlet location that had frequent tripping even if nothing was plugged in. All wiring and circuits checked out with no shorts, ground faults, or other faults located. This GFCI Outlet has not inadvertently tripped. I verified it is tripping if a ground fault occurs and works as it should.

Works great! Had to replace a older GFI which was popping to easily and these are a great buy that work as expected.

Pool Contractor, been using this for about 2yrs now and the fail rate is about 50% within months. Would not recommend if you are a contractor.

Good outlet

Expected cheap nockoff but got a UL rated produce. Looks good. Have to install them to see haw they work.

I used these outlets while remodeling a kitchen. The kitchen had two single-gang galvanized electric boxes already, and I added a couple of new two-gang old-work plastic boxes to bring the remodeled kitchen up to 2017 NEC code, which required more outlets over this counter. The pre-existing boxes could not accommodate these outlets, which were significantly deeper than another brand that I ended up purchasing to use in those two boxes. I did not return the ones I could not use above the counter; instead, I added circuits for a dishwasher and food disposal under the counter. I was disappointed that the Amazon listing did not specify the dimensions of the outlet itself; it shows the dimensions of the cover plate.
