Precision Engineering – Secure Grip with Perfect Button Access
This Spigen case fits my Galaxy Z Fold 7 perfectly. Despite being a protective case, it doesn’t add a lot of thickness or bulk to the phone, which keeps it easy to carry. The Highlights: Great Hand-Feel: The case has a good grip, so the phone doesn’t feel like it will slip out of my hand. Logical Button Access: I really like that the volume buttons are left uncovered. The case is beveled around the power button, making it very easy to reach and use the fingerprint sensor. Effective Protection: The edges are raised just enough to protect both the front screen and the camera lenses when the phone is set down on flat surfaces. Strong MagSafe: The MagFit feature works exactly as expected; it has a strong attraction to magnets and works well with my accessories. Final Verdict: This is a solid choice if you want to protect your Z Fold 7 without making it feel oversized. The combination of the slim profile, secure grip, and easy button access makes it very functional for daily use.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Case – Perfect Fit and Smooth Operation. WELL DONE SPIGEN
The Spigen Fold Seven case is exactly what a foldable phone case should be. The fit is absolutely perfect—snug, precise, and secure without adding unnecessary bulk. It maintains the sleek profile of the phone while still feeling solid and protective in hand. One of the most impressive aspects is how fluid the open-and-close motion is. The phone opens and closes smoothly with zero resistance, binding, or awkward pressure on the hinge. Even better, there is no separation at all between the faceplate and the phone. Once installed, it stays firmly in place and feels like a natural extension of the device rather than an add-on. The case doesn’t flex, shift, or loosen during daily use, and it inspires real confidence when handling a foldable phone—something not all cases manage to do. Spigen clearly put thoughtful engineering into this design, and it shows in everyday usability. If you’re looking for a non-bulky, well-engineered case that protects without interfering with the foldable experience, this one is an easy recommendation. Spigen nailed it.

Purty good
This case delivers a lot of functionality for a good price. The hinge protector isn't a floppy mess like some cases and the magnet on the back is strong. The magnet on the back may almost be TOO strong. I find myself struggling to take it off the Magsafe holder in my car, whereas other cases were kind of just right. It's a bit of a Goldilocks paradox with cases and Magsafe - some are too weak, some are too strong and some are juuust right. This one would be too strong. It holds on to the magsafe thing so hard that it has started scratching the ever loving mess out of the back of the case. I don't really care about that in the end but some people would I guess.. The ease of installation was pretty great seeing as I put this case on when I was blacked out drunk hahaha I remember getting the case but not putting it on. But looks like it went well cause the case fits on the phone perfectly. There is no kickstand (or is there?) but I don't really care about that. The color is good but it's a bit of a finger print magnet being so matte. I love this case. If you don't like it, you're wrong. Boom.

Perfect protective case for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7
This is a great case for the Fold 7! It is slim, but feels just about as protective as the Otter Defender XT which is much bulkier than this Spigen case. The frame around the front screen is thoughtfully lower in the center and on the right edge, so you can still easily use navigation gestures without the case interfering (this is a big problem on the Otterbox case). It still provides a good lip around the front screen to protect it. It was very easy to install on the phone, and it works without interfering with my glass screen protector. The hinge protector and the overall case feel very premium and well-designed. It is slight thicker towards the hinge than the other side, making it lie a lot flatter than the phone does without a case (that camera bump is huge…). I love it and I’m highly satisfied.

It looks and protects very well and easy to use
This is the best case I have ever purchased for a wireless phone. The fold is a very difficult phone to protect because of the complexity of the hinge and the front screen without losing real estate. It looks really sharp. It feels pretty good and the hinge is protected. I kept buying cases and the front screen protector keeps falling off They even supplied extra adhesives, if that happens to you. I give it a perfect ten. I usually buy the otter blank blank blank brand because it was the best or life blank blank blank. Spigen was my third best k choice. They really have outdone themselves. Can you buy a case for your phone? At least look at spigen.

Spigen fails to hit the mark yet again, with another poorly designed case at an extremely high price
Don't recommend for anyone who uses the open mode to play games. Very expensive and because of the design the hinge protector, phone can no longer sit flat on table in tablet mode. Some people like this as it props the phone up a tad for watching a video. The problem with this is if you want your phone to stay still while tapping on screen, it will not. Since there is no way to disable hinge protector, especially while open that does not require you to either completely remove the case (ruining the adhesive strips every time) or ripping the hinge off completely defeating the purpose of a hinge protector in the first place as once it's forcibly removed I doubt it will just pop back on (considering it's held in place with springs that would unwind once removed). This is an enthusiast level price being 75+ USD and some countries complaining of prices due to shipping issues of 200+ in some areas because of availability. That is a lot to spend on a case that offers close to no protection if dropped while screen is open (the bevel on insides is same level as the screen, so realistically it's offering no protection for dropped open devices which is the most likely scenario I drop it in. Realistically, with this case on this phone it becomes worse than my s23 for gaming purposes since the outside screen is smaller, and who buys a MSRP $2k phone for not enjoying games on the larger screen. TLDR; Overpriced cheap Chinese design that uses super glue to hold it on the device (adhesive strips). No forethought went into the design of this case for the device it was made, as the usage of this device is meant to be primarily open for the bigger screen real estate. Avoid this and get an otter box, you'll get a better protecting case, that is bulkier, but will not require you to play games at a third of the size of the device is capable of. If someone had handed me the (2) pieces of the case that locks on phone and asked me how much I thought it cost, I would have said 15-20 bucks, not 70+. I probably wouldn't buy another Spigen case, as this is the second case I bought in the last 3 years for 2 different devices at a high price that burned me. If Spigen would stop firing their engineers (the people that made them a good company in the first place) and outsourcing their manufacturing needs to a cheap Chinese company(ies) (only to slap their own "logo" on the side and call it a day) they might retain some of their somehow loyal customers for a mediocre overprice product. I on the other hand won't get burned a third time, and if you're considering buying spigen, don't. Save 30 bucks and buy an otterbox, as it offers better protection and a better design especially for games. Couldn't be more disappointed in spigen products over the last year or two. Management seems to be making poor decisions to cheap out in cost while cheapening the quality of the product. Some might call that "good marketing" but even a student failing a basic economics course in college can tell you this strategy only pays off in the extreme short run and always leads to bankruptcy. The shame here is spigen used to make amazing cases. Now management destroyed the name.

Best onenyet
Great fit and great protection for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. I've tried several cases, and so far this is the winner for overall fit with hinge protection. The back is smooth, and the screen edges all have a nice raised edge for protection. Magsafe mounting and charging both work great. My phone reaches a 100% charge via a Magsafe compatabile stand and remains cool. The hinge cover is well designed and blends in nicely. I like having the protection but other cases have had a flimsy cover that feels and looks odd. This design helps it blend in and it had a quality feel and look. The cutouts all match up perfectly. Another well made Spigen product.

Decent, but has some flaws
The Z Fold is a difficult phone to make a case for, but Spigen has always been my go to brand for years so I figured I'd continue using them for this phone. Overall the case is decent but not spectacular like their others. The hinge protection is adequate and has some nice rubberized texturing, and it doesn't take up too much extra space like the Tough Armor version does (although that one has S-Pen storage so that explains the huge hinge protector). However, the design of the Z Fold doesnt make it easy for case designers so that may be a factor in the negatives to this case. For example, the top portion of this case is just a slim rubber frame, only held on by a thin strip of adhesive. The entire left side (hinge area) of the top cover has no adhesive at all so when opening the phone, it pushes and bends the cover towards the center of the screen as the hinge protector slides across it. This eventually leads to it loosening and popping off. Also hot weather (90 degrees outside for example) will loosen the adhesive and allow the cover to pop off. I'd also like to have had total button coverage, minus the fingerprint button of course. This case doesn't cover the volume rocker button at all, but I get that this is a preference and I knew this when purchasing. So far my biggest gripe is the top cover being so fragile and barely attached. Other cases now offer designs that clamshell over the top frame without adhesive, so this was a big miss by Spigen in my opinion and I wouldn't be surprised if they update this case to have that in the future. For now its just ok. Not bad, but could be much better. The price is also ridiculous. Most other Spigen cases are under $20. At the time of this review this case is over $70. I get that this is a more complex design, but adding a flap of plastic to flex over a hinge is not worthy of a $50+ premium over other cases. Bottom line, it's one of the only decent options out there at the moment, albeit a little too expensive for what it is. But if you can afford it while waiting for a better design to come along, it would be worth it. PS: this case is 100% compatible with the Spigen GlassR screen protector and camera lens protectors. They all fit together well.
