Works perfectly, was hesitant because of the one star review but no worries. The washers add an extra layer of protection as well. They do stick out more but not to much.

Wrong size and doesn't fit as suggested

The screw heads protrude from the cover plate unlike the original screws, which were recessed; also, the washers are too big for the receiving well and they will damage the plate, as it is plastic.
