These cards are fun.I got these for my niece who does at-home gymnastics.The packaging says that the cards have 3 categories - Warmup, Focused, and Whole Body.None of the cards are labeled by category, so it's hard for her to know which card is for which category.The cards make it fun to play a game and that decides which workouts to do!

Love these cards. Easy to read and follow instructions. Adults and kids can enjoy. Keeps kids busy with useful skills.

This is not gymnastics specific. No cartwheel practice or wrist stretch. No specific to gymnastics at all.

My daughters love gymnastics. I got these hoping they would make a fun activity for when they are bored, and they haven't disappointed. Each card gives a different exercise and an amount of reps to do ( or time length or something similar). They are all related to gymnastics and are designed at building strength and flexibility. There is nothing too hard and it keeps them engaged for anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes at a time.

My daughter loves gymnastics. These cards give her ideas of new things to do. They are great quality and there is a wide variety of activities to try.

I ordered the Puredrop Gymnastics Training Equipment Aid Cards: Great Training Drills for Solo Practice. My kids often mention wanting to work out and I thought having some guidance on exercises would help.The good: The illustrations on the pack are easy to interpret. On all of the cards, I only found one typo (Bear Walks says "begins" instead of "begin"). Some of the cards are stretches, some are exercises, and some are yoga poses (though they are called by other names).The bad: The cards themselves have an "off-gas" odor. It's been a few days since I opened them and they still smell.Calling this deck "gymnastics" cards isn't really accurate; calisthenics is. Either way, it's a helpful little deck and I know it will be helpful for my kids, as it would for anyone looking for some basic exercise guidance.

I got these cards to give my children at home tasks to improve their skills. They have loved all the different cards we’ve tried so far, definitely love this product
