If the cakes are almond flavoured, why does't the ingredients list contain almonds or almond flavouring?

how long until they expire

I have no idea I can never keep them in the house for any lingth of time. They are well packaged and I have never had any go stale or moldy, but again they are too good to keep around for long

how fresh are they bought on amazon?

They seemed to be fresh enough. We actually got them sooner than we thought we would. We liked them very much!
