Appears to be of superb quality. It was used to straighten out the threads in a an old galvanized drain. The teeth on the tap were sharp and ready for the next job after our project was completed. Would purchase this brand again.

Didn't need five but the price was right and the one I used worked great.

They seem fine, they don't come with a handle

I’ve used the 3/8 and 1/4 to tap new threads for v style air hose couplings in aluminum blocks. If you take your time and clean out the shavings, you will get great results. It’s a great value for the money. The photo shows the results of tapping a 1/4 NPT thread up to a 3/8 size NPT fittings.

The one I needed worked great, now I have the other ones in case. Looked all over town and no one had any my size.

Worked good for what I needed

Tried using these to cut some internal threads into PVC pipe. The threads it cut were too shallow and didn't fit the mating male NPT threads. The tap it self looked as though it had already had wear. Very poor quality control.

It’s a nice set if they don’t earn you your living. For the average person this set will last a lifetime and bail out a buddy or two.
