Very stylish and simple to set up. The back lighting of the buttons was very dim and unclear. The work in this change is the deeper back box and neutral install. It worked beautifully for 10 days and then stopped. Rebooted from the circuit breaker. Worked for two more days and stopped again. Couldn't get it to work again. Going to try again with a different product as the hard work has already been done.

Once installed and configured, the switch works very well, and looks very nice in the wall. I have tried switching by touching the switch, using the app, and using voice commands from Google Home, and all of them are very responsive.Installation is relatively simple if you have experience with electrical wiring. For the triple switch, just remove the old switch and connect the 5 cables as shown in the manual (see pictures), neutral cable to "N", live cable to "L", and the other cables going to each of the lamps to "L1", "L2", "L3". For people without electrical experience, I would recommend following some video tutorial and asking for help until they understand what they are doing, and remembering to turn off the mains of the house before installation.Configuration is very easy. It connects to the WiFi straightaway using the instructions in the app ("SmarLife"), which includes registering an account. You can then link that account with Google Home, to make it work with Google Assistant.

It had to be fitted by an electrician but it looks cool and works well. It looks super modern and is certainly top tech! It’s a talking point too and everyone who I can show it off to is loving it as much as me 😂

Several times it has stopped working but we have been able to get going again by turning off the power to the light sockets and restarting it again. However today 5/12/2018 exactly 8 months since we got the product it has stopped working altogether. We cannot get it to resync with our Alexa App and the switch no longer has any lights showing on the touch pad. The initial quality of the item was poor and we had to return it as parts were broken inside. The second one we received was also damaged but my husband managed to work around the damage to a screw clip and fix it in. Would not recommend this product.

Got this working with my Google Home.Looks very stylish - Would definitely recommend this - found it so easy to install and brilliant value for money for what this does.

If you want one you’ll have to find an electrician with so much talent that you’ll have to borrow him from NASA. No instructions, wasted £27.99.
