Hi, this TV wall mount for 40–85 Inch TVs up to 132 lbs, with VESA patterns 200 x 100mm to 600 x 400mm. The size of your TV is compatible, please check your TV weight and Vesa pattern. If the weight and Vesa pattern are also compatible, you can mount your TV to this TV mount.

Q: Does this product include mounting bolts that would fit the threaded holes on backs of most TV's?

Yes this does have the bolts for the back of most TV's , I have used this mount several times and it is easy to mount and works well. Tilts and swivels nicely and is super sturdy i mounted a 70" most recently. I've mounted LG's and Samsugs and a Hisense all of which the bolts worked.
