I’m obsessed!!! I absolutely love this product! My curls are more defined, soft and bouncy! Will definitely be buying more of these products!

49 year old female, type 3-B curls, thinner texture. I’m prone to frizz, dullness, and depending on the weather, you never know what you’re gonna get with my hair. I bought this mousse yesterday on a whim because I was out of the product I had been using and because I wanted to support a black owned business. My curls have never looked better. They are bouncy. They are lifted. They are shiny. They are soft and touchable. I am a 49-year-old cancer survivor and my hair texture is different than it used to be before chemotherapy. And menopause has not been kind either. Because I’ve mourned the loss of my hair twice now and struggled with it growing back slowly and in patches, I have had prolonged periods of feeling like an ugly duckling. I’m very happy to report that because of this product today I feel like a swan. Thank you so much Pattern! I probably use too much product this first time so I think it will last a while as a moderate amount will go a long way. I used it in conjunction with a light application of Lus all-in-one, but honestly, I don’t even think I need any other product except for this one. The scent might not be for everyone if you’re sensitive to fragrance, but I find it to be light and fresh and clean smelling. I am fully prepared to have total strangers touch my hair the next time I’m at the grocery store… Curly girls know what I’m talking about.

Excellent product very foamy and great smell

This is the only mousse that has made my non-reflective hair shiny! I was really surprised. Great hold. I did notice that the more product you use in one section, the product dries white and flakes. This lets me know I’m using too much product. You really don’t need much with this. I do, however, hate the smell. While applying the product, it smells like old bananas. Like real, rotting bananas. Not an artificial sent. And once the product has dried, it smells like old hair spray from the 90s. Very chemically. I like my unscented products to have no scent period. But the product is so good that I can get over the smell. Maybe I just got a bad one that was close to expiring?

This mousse was great! I’ve used a few others, from expensive in-salon purchases, to $4 off the shelf options, and this is the best to far! It has great hold without being stiff. First picture is without any product, second is with my full routine!

Absolutely love the hair mousse for my textured hair. i would give 5 stars for all of the right reasons, ie the product itself absolutely amazing, the soft hold, does amazing with defining my curls without having to use an entire line of 52 products to achieve results! Oh be mindful a little goes a long way! The cons are definitely the fragrance is rather peculiar, I’m not sure if it’s medicinal or what but I wasn’t expecting something so strong i guess. and there wasn’t much shine to my hair with only using mousse alone. definitely will purchase again but will look into some kind of oil or sheen.

This mousse has completely changed my curl routine. My curls have never held up this long — they used to fall flat after two days, but now they last an entire week without losing their shape. The definition stays, the curls stay bouncy, and my hair looks good all the way until wash day. Absolutely love this product.

I love this mousse so much it’s so lightweight and adds a nice crunch to my curls, also smells very eco friendly but in a good way, and it’s huge and efficient enough to last for a long time! Note: a little goes a long way, if you want to boost curl definition I suggest this mousse.
