Does this have a plug that plugs into 240v domestic mains supply?

Yes but the mains lead is only about 1 meter long. Advice would be to buy a 110v extention lead as well

I have a bosch jigsaw model js470e which was bought in the usa with a two flat pin power plug. will i be able to use it with this transformer?

I have lots of 110 volt tools that I bought in America, and they work fine with a transformer, just cut the American plug off a put a yellow 110 plug on and plug it into a transformer and I’ve never had any issue’s.
